6 Our favourite room is the conservatory. It is lovely first thing in the morning or last thing at night to have a coffee and just sit and look out at the garden, or even to sit a d read a book in the peace and quiet before anyone else is awake.
7 The property is approached down a long driveway past the garage and on to a large gravelled parking area opening up to the front of the property. There are two entrances to the property, the first to the side has a small courtyard and leads into a reception area and a downstairs wc. The main front entrance has white steps leading up to the UPVC door and into the hall with stairs to the centre and reception rooms leading off to both sides. The light and airy living room has ample space for all the family to relax and enjoy and offers high ceilings, neutral décor, and a lovely feature fireplace with an inset gas fire. To the opposite side is the very charming sitting room with a beautiful feature wall, open gas fire and a most useful storage cupboard leading off. An archway leads to the inner hall with a further large storage area which has a multitude of uses. The superb family breakfast kitchen is both contemporary in design and spacious for all the family to cook, relax and dine. Amtico flooring blends beautifully next to the contemporary mocha grey units and granite worktops. The large oak topped breakfast bar creates a lovely space for casual dining and the well equipped kitchen has a 7 gas burner, double oven, pan warming drawer, built in Indesit dishwasher and a Franke 1.5 bowl sink with mixer tap. Leading from the kitchen is the breakfast room/dining room with high ceilings and lots of natural light as it leads through to the excellent and wonderfully elevated conservatory with two sets of double doors to each side giving access to the outdoor terraces. Accessed from the kitchen is the spacious and very useful side passage which has through access to the side and front of the property and is used as both a boot room and a utility with plumbing for a washer and dryer.

18 REDDITCH Laying in the north east of Worcestershire, Redditch was once the international centre for needle manufacturing, as well as the manufacturing of fishing tackle, springs and motorcycles. The town takes its name from the red soil of the River Arrow which runs through the town. In the 1960 s Redditch became a model for New Town Planning. Carefully designed and planned from its inception, Redditch boasts the archetypical layout of a New Town, including wide roads and extensive landscaping. RedditchThe town is predominantly a commuter residence for nearby Birmingham with traditional industries being replaced by modern light industries and services. There are a wide variety of shops in the town including the popular King Fisher Shopping Center. As for Education, Redditch is one of the few remaining parts of the United Kingdom which still follows the Three-Tier system. There are a wide variety of First Schools (ages 4-7), Middle Schools (age 7-11) and Secondary Schools (age 11-18). The Heart of Worcestershire College also has one of its three campuses in the Town providing excellent opportunites for further education.
19 ASTWOOD BANK Astwood Bank, is a beautiful village located in the Feckenham parish, and offers a thriving community surrounded by outstanding countryside. The village is noted for its successful cricket team, who have twice played at Lords. This thriving community has a church, schools, restaurants, shops and lovely public houses, not to mention an array of sporting clubs such as the angling club and the successful cricket club. The A441, Evesham Road, is the main trunk road through Astwood Bank from Redditch. One of the highlights of the year every summer is the annual flower festival and summer carnival, bringing the whole village out to enjoy. This traditional English village has some wonderful walking and riding routes nearby, including the long-distance public footpath in the parish of Feckenham, The Monarch s Way that passes about 1.5 miles east of the village.
