Glorious Grounds The 1.7 acres of grounds have been beautifully laid out to create several distinct areas to enjoy. There is a large lawn with a well-stocked orchard at one end. In the mornings, before jumping in the car to go to work I usually take a stroll through the gardens to set me up in the right mood for the day. The village centre is just a stone s throw away and there you will find a huge selection of shops and amenities. For travelling further afield there are excellent road and rail links, with Stanstead Airport just half an hour away by car and a journey time of just one hour from Braintree train station into central London.
