7 CATEGORY III: IMPROVEMENTS PRICING 1. Provide quote in Kensington/Chelsea Green common areas to Roundup, rip, and replace Bermuda infested St. Augustine. 2. Provide proposal to remove declining African Iris using dwarf Oleander on either side of the Fairborne entrance. This flowering plant would be an attractive alternate to the Evergreen African Iris. 3. Provide price to remove the declining Philodendron Selloums behind the monument sign at Huntington replacing with a 15 gallon multi-stem Oleander. CATEGORY IV: NOTES TO OWNER 1. Please note the June inspection (random) will occur on MONDAY JUNE 17, In several areas today, we found down spouts which are emptying into mulch beds resulting in washed mulch. We recommend the use of sod, if possible, as it is an excellent tool to reduce erosion and would eliminate mulch. 3. Portsmith community: While pond shores are reduced by seasonal drought, there are several areas of erosion emerging. I recommend attention to any downspout drains that are running off into the ponds, hardening off those edges to reduce the amount of shore line erosion.
