Prune back the wood line along the east perimeter, so that the utility boxes area clear. BEDFORD B 28. Adjacent to B31: Prune the suckering growth on the Oak. BEDFORD C 29. C51: I would recommend reduction pruning, reducing the height of the Hibiscus screening the jalousie windows. 30. Control grassy weeds in the area of St. Augustine loss, to promote the infilling growth of the St. Augustine. BEDFORD D 31. Left side of D90: Improve the pruning form on the multi-stem Hibiscus, eliminating the vertical and horizontal box sheared appearance. I would recommend stager pruning to create a looser flowering form.

Control Goosegrass in the Bermuda stands. 35. In front of Unit J219: Monitor hot spotting and confirm no active turf pest. 36. adjacent to J230: I recommend reducing the height of the Viburnum screening the dumpster enclosure. 37. In front of Unit J240: Remove the dead shrub.
