Adjacent to Unit 2210: Monitor staking on the Crape Myrtle at the end of the street. 40. Behind Unit 243: Identify if droughty conditions existing in the mixed turf stands. GLOUCESTER B 41. Unit 2233: Elevate the lowest branches in the Florida Maple. GLOUCESTER C 42. In front of Unit 327 Grayston: Complete sod replacement for pest damaged turf. 43. Cambridge F; along the entrance sidewalk near Unit 6: Provide a price to control the large fire ant mound. 3. Gloucester L; adjacent to Unit 2301 Grantham: Provide a price to remove the declining Water Oak. 4. Gloucester N: Provide a price to control fire ants in the common lawn area to the east of the mailboxes. CATEGORY IV: NOTES TO OWNER 1. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from OLM, Inc. 2. Andover C; at the rear of the association: There is heavy rutting due to the county utility work. 3. Andover F; at the south west corner of the association: There is a diseased/dead Queen palm. We would recommend removal to reduce the potential of the spreading of the disease. 4. Cambridge D; adjacent to Unit 85: The tree wells are unmulched. 5. Dorchester D: The area appears unmulched. 6. Bedford D; 1800 Block of Blvd: There is a turf sprinkler laying on top of the ground. 7. Fairfield A; around the mailbox, the large tree well, and the entrance planting near the oyster plants is complete. 8. Gloucester M; along the Gloucester Blvd. pond frontage: There are 2 dead Pines, the
