Detail Roebelenii Palms, pruning oldest foliage with sanitized pruning tools only. 2. Prune Gold Mound Duranta to establish a uniform height in a massed form. 3. Unit 2290, front of garage: Replace declining Gold Mound Duranta under warranty. 4. Establish and maintain a bobbed appearance on Standard Hibiscus. 5. Rake back heavy mulch accumulation from crowns of Oak trees. Do not allow mulch to stack up against the trunk. 6. Remove rock and rubble from landscaped areas during weekly service visits. 7. Re-level irrigation valve box assembly at the center rear of Unit Across from Unit 2258: Improve fertility of turf at the base of the Oak trees. 9. Adjacent to the driveways at Units 2258 and 2260: Utilize target pruning to elevate trees to 13 feet. I recommend elevating lowest scaffold of branches throughout lakeside trees to promote an upward growth habit away from building sides. 10. Unit 2246: Detail around newly planted Jatropha, removing litter, pruning Juniper, and removing palm volunteers. 11. Unit 2242: Improve fertility to Ixoras. 12. Prune Ligustrum Privets so they are not overgrowing driveways. 13. Control emerging broadleaf weeds in turf in the swale at the Vilmont Greens Drive berms.

2 14. Entrance: Hand-prune Parsonii Junipers, maintaining below lettering on sign and Philodendron selloum off of the monument sign. KENSINGTON 15. Unit 2461: Monitor emerging spear growth in Queen Palm. 16. Unit 2485: Replace declining Gold Mound Duranta under warranty. 17. Cul-de-sac common area: Lightly prune Bottlebrush trees, maintaining a large screening hedgerow between the homes. I recommend using crown reduction pruning techniques to maintain a uniform height. 18. Improve fertility to turf on lake side in the vicinity of 1010 Chelsea Greens Court. 19. Control Scale on Bird of Paradise. 20. At mailbox: Verify condition of turf at startup. Re-fertilize common lawn to promote invigorated growth. 21. Improve fertility to Gardenias in the courtyard areas. Lightly prune canopies to maintain a bobbed appearance. 22. Stagger mow patterns to avoid rutting turf. 23. Unit 2437: Verify irrigation coverage to the right of the driveway. 24. Unit 2417: Improve fertility of turf and Loropetalum. 25. Control crack weeds. PORTSMITH 26. Improve fertility at the mailboxes. 27. Control Chilli Thrips in Indian Hawthorn. 28. Front of garages: Hand-prune Parsonii Junipers as needed to maintain pedestrian clearance. 29. I recommend scaffold pruning Oak trees up to 13 feet, promoting an upward growth habit, eliminating sucker growth and weak attachments. 30. Monitor recovery of disease in St. Augustine turf adjacent to Unit Remove Brazilian Peppers from frontage berms. 32. Complete seasonal cut backs on Cordgrass and Fountaingrass. Fertilize grasses, allowing plants to flush new growth in the spring.

Unit 1216: Prune Hibiscus off building side block common lawns: Control weeds in turf block of Sifield Greens Way: I recommend elevating Oak trees, improving the light from street lamp and avoiding contact with utility poles. 45. Prune Hibiscus to establish compact and flowering shrubs. 46. Control crack weeds. 47. Sifield Greens entrance monument: Control Chlorosis in Loropetalum Kettering Greens Drive: Replace hot spot damaged turf at the driveway. OAKLEY GREEN 49. Unit 2418: I recommend elevating Oak tree at the entrance drive. 50. Along south perimeter: Maintain weed control on both sides of Viburnum hedgerow. I recommend using nonselective herbicides to control growth from the perimeter fence. 51. Prune competing leaders from Oak tree, establishing good park-like structure. 52. Common lawn on west end: Remove scrubby growth at the base of the sea wall.

4 53. Improve fertility to Queen Palms. 54. Control weeds in planting bed at the mailboxes. 55. Remove loose boots from Queen Palms. 56. Improve fertility to foundation plantings, including Loropetalum. 57. Maintain uniform soft edges. 58. Cut and cap unused tree bubblers in beds. 59. Remove boots from Queen Palms. 60. Control Thrips in Viburnums. 61. Rear of Unit 2318: Improve vigor of turf. If in decline at startup, provide a proposal to resod. 62. Rejuvenate prune Arboricola, eliminating the leggy appearance. 63. Establish and maintain a uniform height in the Viburnum hedgerow along pond shore. I recommend at approximately 4 feet in a rounded form. 64. Prune for separation in the Ligustrum Privet canopies, identifying trunks or limbs to establish a tree form. 65. Unit 2340: Replace mower damaged utility valve box cover. RICHMOND GREENS 66. Tip prune Arboricola Trinette to promote a massing growth form. Tip prune seeds off of Arboricola. 67. Monitor declining Dwarf Allamanda at village monument. Replace Allamanda that does not fully root under warranty. Rake back heavy accumulation of mulch at the crowns of plants. 68. Control Chlorosis in Queen Palms. 69. Improve fertility of Loropetalum, Viburnum and foundation shrubs. Closely monitor soil alkalinity and adjust to improve availability of nutrients.

Remove loose boots up to 13 feet from palms to maintain a neatened appearance. HUNTINGTON 74. Along east perimeter: Scalp mow Bermudagrass to improve density and appearance. 75. Unit 1212: Rake back heavy mulch accumulation at base of Ixora. 76. Tip and stagger prune multi stem Hibiscus to form a more compact flowering shrub, particularly in shaded areas. This service should be done earlier in the season. 77. Rake back heavy mulch accumulation at building foundations at entrance sidewalks. GRANTHAM 78. Pocket prune Ligustrum canopies, maintaining a loose, small tree at the fronts of building. 79. Control crack weeds. 80. Prune hedgerows off of building foundations. 81. Unit 1226: I recommend rejuvenate pruning Plumbago to 8 inches, re-fertilize and allow plant to re-flush. 82. Frontage: I recommend rejuvenate pruning Loropetalum to reestablish the stair step presentation and eliminate the overly box sheared appearance. This work could be scheduled later in the spring. 83. Unit 2119: Control hot spots in turf. INVERNESS 84. Unit 2018: Monitor Chlorosis in Washingtonia Palms.

7 MEMO To: From: Re: Property Manager Tommy Medlock, OLM, Inc. Rejuvenate Pruning Date: January 7, 2015 Thank you for the opportunity allowing OLM, Inc to assist in managing your landscape. Our goal is to improve the appearance of the landscape by providing rejuvenate pruning recommendations that, based upon our experience, have resulted in healthier, more manageable, and vigorous plant material. This service is included as part of your service contract. Rejuvenate pruning techniques that OLM recommends are to accomplish the following: 1. Control the ultimate size and mass of shrub plant material. Maintain plants within their boundaries especially surrounding structures. Create separation between shrub varieties. Create better size scale differential between shrub varieties. 2. Improve plant material vigor and health. Promote new growth from the base and interior of plants. 3. Removal of dead, dying or diseased wood. 4. Enhance and stimulate flower display. 5. Create a more natural, aesthetically pleasing appearance to plants. OLM recommends that rejuvenate pruning of shrub plant material be accomplished during the dormant season (January-early April). During this time frame selective hand pruning techniques shall be employed to reduce and control the ultimate size of shrubs, remove any dead, dying or diseased wood, provide separation of plant material varieties, and create a more natural appearance to plants. I am confident that the results of our rejuvenate pruning efforts will result in healthier, vigorous plant material that is manageable and aesthetically pleasing, requiring less maintenance during the growing season. Please note, that there is always a risk that some of the older plant material may not survive this pruning, especially in shaded areas. We have found that a large majority of the material will benefit from this pruning practice. We promote rejuvenate pruning and feel the benefits greatly outweigh the risks. Below are examples of typical recommendations for rejuvenate pruning: a. Anise 24 to 30 inches b. Arboricola 16 to 20 inches c. Asiatic Jasmine - 2 to 4 inches, beveling outside edge to approx ½ to 1 inch d. Awabuki Viburnums 24 to 30 inches e. Azaleas 16 to 20 inches f. Dwarf Chinese Hollies 12 to 14 inches g. Dwarf Oleanders 16 to 20 inches h. Dwarf Variety Azaleas 12 to 16 inches i. Green and Variegated Pittosporum 16 to 20 inches j. Guava 16 to 24 inches k. Hibiscus 16 to 20 inches l. Hydrangeas 24 to 30 inches m. Ilex Schillings 12 to 14 inches n. Indian Hawthorns 16 to 18 inches o. Lantana 6 to 12 inches p. Large Variety Azaleas 16 to 24 inches q. Large Variety Oleanders 16 to 24 inches r. Ligustrum 16 to 20 inches s. Loropetalum 14 to 16 inches t. Nandina 50% of the oldest canes are to be cut back to approx 2 inches above ground.
