KINGS POINT SECTION 4 LANDSCAPE INSPECTION June 25, 2018 ATTENDING: DARRYL FLINT FIRSTSERVICE RESIDENTIAL BRETT PEREZ YELLOWSTONE LANDSCAPE NICK CRUTCHER YELLOWSTONE LANDSCAPE PAUL WOODS OLM, INC. SCORE: PASS NEXT INSPECTION JULY 24, 2018 AT 2:00 PM* CATEGORY I: MAINTENANCE CARRYOVER ITEMS NONE CATEGORY II: MAINTENANCE ITEMS YORKSHIRE 1. Entrance monument: Lightly hand prune Parsonii Juniper, maintaining a mounded form or remove Philodendron stalks overgrowing the right side of the monument. 2. Unit 2104: Monitor turf for pest activity and treat as needed. 3. Remove herbicide treated weeds in beds. WORTHINGTON 4. Remove windfall and other debris from mulched beds. 5. Unit 2212: Control hot spot in turf. ACADIA I 6. Unit 2169: Remove dead Indian Hawthorn along driveway strip. 7. Unit 2163: Reduce Allamanda so it does not overgrow the sidewalk and driveway. This will result in somewhat of a stemmy appearance until it reflushes. 8. Prune sucker growth up to contractual height from common area trees. 9. Reduce whips on Bougainvillea in planting beds, promoting a compact flowering but loose formed shrub. Avoid excessive shear pruning. ACADIA II Acadia Greens Drive: Control crack weeds. 11. North of 2047 Acadia Greens Drive: Control disease in Indian Hawthorn hedge. 12. Adjacent to 2012 Acadia Greens Drive: Remove dead stem from palm.

FAIRBOURNE 13. Monitor and control disease in Flax Lilies. 14. Adjacent to Unit 1210: I recommend pruning dead wood from Bottlebrush tree in the hedgerow. EDINBURGH 15. Drop crotch prune Ligustrum Privets, reducing height. I recommend maintaining vertical height at approximately the roof line. Avoid excessive shear pruning or overpruning of Ligustrum Privets. 16. Unit 1930: Remove volunteer Ruellia in Hawthorn planting. 17. Monitor and control Aphid activity in Podocarpus. 18. Village monument sign: Deadhead Knockout Roses. HUNTINGTON 19. Unit 1216: Closely monitor turf for pest activity and treat for fungus. 20. During pruning rotations, I recommend pruning Roebelenii Palms off building sides so fronds are not striking buildings. Due to their location, this may result in a flattened appearance. 21. Adjacent to Unit 1213, behind the mailbox: Control disease in turf. 22. Unit 1205: Remove winter kill from Ixora. DEVONSHIRE 23. Village monument sign: Reduce width of Viburnum hedgerow so sign is not swallowed by hedgerow Corinth Greens Drive: Control broadleaf weeds in turf. BROOKFIELD 25. Complete pruning rotations on schedule and to establish stair stepped appearance. CORINTH 26. Monitor disease in Viburnum suspensum around a/c units. 27. Front of Unit 1222: I recommend rejuvenate pruning Green Pittosporum to reestablish stair-step presentation between African Iris, Indian Hawthorn, Pittosporum, and Viburnum plantings.

28. Detail under Philodendrons along berm-side mowables, maintaining a consistent appearance. GRANTHAM 29. Corinth Greens Drive and Grantham Greens Drive intersection: Reduce height of Gold Mound Duranta obstructing visibility of incoming traffic. 30. Adjacent to 2006 Grantham Greens Drive: Monitor recovery of improperly pruned Juniper. I recommend fertilizing to stimulate flush of new growth and making finished cuts clean with loppers Grantham Greens Drive: Treat for King Sago Palm nutrient deficiency. INVERNESS Inverness Greens Drive: Monitor flush of new growth in Indian Hawthorn. Control pest activity on plants, including Thrips and fungus. 33. Throughout: Remove stubs from Ligustrum Privets. SOMERSET 34. Unit 2219: Remove dead Hibiscus standard at front door. 35. Unit 2237: Improve vigor of turf at flagpole. 36. Throughout: Improve vigor of Dwarf Ixora, pruning freeze damage Pembroke Point Way: Monitor strapping on Oak tree and adjust as needed to prevent damage to tree trunk. PORTSMITH 38. Monitor recovery of hot spot and heat stress related damage in turf. 39. Remove sucker growth up to contractual heights from street side trees block: Monitor recovery of hot spot damaged turf possibly related to irrigation outage. 41. Nottingham Greens Drive entrance: I recommend pruning Ligustrums for clear visibility of street sign when exiting Portsmith. Also, elevate Ligustrum Privet so monument sign is not obstructed. OAKLEY GREEN block of Nottingham Greens Drive: Monitor drought injury and recovery Nottingham Greens Drive: Hand prune Snow Queen Hibiscus, maintaining it within driveway bed.

Nottingham Greens Drive: Remove dead Indian Hawthorn in driveway strip block of Nottingham Greens Drive: Prune undercanopies of Oak trees Oakley Green Drive: Control disease in turf. 47. Monitor hot spots in turf. Closely monitor Bahia turf panels for insect activity. MAPLEWOOD 48. Maintain plant separation between foundation plantings. Do not individually prune Gold Mound Duranta; allow it to hedge together. 49. Left side of 2289 Sifield Greens Way: I recommend pruning Ligustrum so it is not striking roof line. 50. Remove windfall and leaf buildup from beds during weekly service visits. Redistribute pine bark mulch that is washed or disturbed by mower/blower activity, covering bare soil. 51. Closely monitor Viburnum suspensum for recurring fungus around building foundations and a/c units Sifield Greens Way: I recommend sampling leaf tissue for presence of palm disease Sifield Greens Way: Monitor hot spots in turf Sifield Greens Way: Prune stubs from Ligustrum Privets. LYNDHURST 55. Sifield Greens Way entrance: Fertilize Parsonii Juniper at monument sign. 56. Sifield Greens Way and Kettering Greens Drive intersection: Control crack weeds under mailbox. 57. Sifield Greens Way and Lyndhurst Greens Drive intersection: Control disease in turf. 58. Maintain a symmetrical and uniform height throughout topiary plantings, removing stem growth that extends on building sides or roof lines. Plants should not be allowed to grow into soffit or rooflines. (Unit 1250) Improve topiary pruning technique to maintain the spiral and conical forms. 59. Unit 1240: Remove the dead unirrigated turf strip between driveways. 60. Kings Green Drive frontage: Improve vigor of Jasmine hedgerow.

RICHMOND 61. There is drought injury throughout common area lawns (adjacent to mailbox, to the right of the entrance). 62. Control disease in Liriope. 63. Maintain as light of a pruning technique on Ligustrum Privets as possible to promote a naturalized but shaped canopy. Avoid heavy shear pruning. JAMESON 64. Side of Units 1153, 1157, and 1161: Prune multi stem Hibiscus striking building side. KENSINGTON 65. Unit 2424: Monitor and treat pest activity on Gold Mound Duranta. 66. Backside of mailboxes: Monitor hot spots in turf. PGW:ml cc: Rick Dowswell Rick.Dowswell@fsresidential.com Darryl Flint poc@fsresidential.com Louise Landry louise.landry@fsresidential.com
