8 CATEGORY III: IMPROVEMENTS PRICING NONE CATEGORY IV: NOTES TO OWNER 1. The Contractor did not pass inspection. 2. Effective April 2019, Section 1 inspection will occur on Tuesday. This is to facilitate Section 2 and 4 inspections, make available technical staff and Federation attendance. Inspection will begin at 8:00a.m. 3. Attn: Rick Dowswell: The report may be of value to the incoming Contractor and could be provided to them as a way of on-boarding to identify areas of immediate need. 4. Cambridge J; to the south of Unit 217: The turf router does not appear functional and the turf is showing drought stress. 5. Fairfield A; canal side of the 500 Block of Fall Kirk: The irrigation does not seem to be functioning in the Bermuda lawn area. 6. Fairfield E: There is significant drought stress in the turf stands. 7. Andover A; adjacent to Unit 5: I recommend the removal of the declining Queen palm. 8. Andover H: The landscape appears very dry, it has been reported that the loop system is offline. I would recommend confirm seasonal irrigation rates to ensure good soil moisture. 9. Cambridge A; Unit A1: Identify if the irrigation covers between the utility meter and the front of the units. This area appears to be unirrigated or nonfunctioning. 10. Cambridge E; To the left of Unit 20: I recommend the removal of the dead queen palm. 11. Gloucester P; entrance monument: The recently replace turf router is above grade.
