CATEGORY I: MAINTENANCE CARRYOVER ITEMS FROM 1/28/19 YORKSHIRE 12. Adjacent to Unit 2124: At the resumption of pruning, I recommend rejuvenate pruning Viburnum hedgerow around the transformer cabinet to demonstrate how rejuvenate pruning will look. 13. Unit 2124: Monitor Roebelenii Palm for decline in the bud. WORTHINGTON 17. Monitor recovery of small areas of pest damage and replace under warranty at Units 2238, 2243, and PORTSMITH 33. Units 1910, 1915, and 1918: Replace pest damaged turf under warranty. OAKLEY GREENS 44. Monitor recovery of pest damaged turf and replace approximately 15 sq. ft. adjacent to the sidewalk at Unit CATEGORY II: MAINTENANCE ITEMS SOMERSET 1. Control Thrip injury in the Hawthorne and Arboricola. 2. Control Dandelion and other broadleaf weeds. 3. Front of Unit 2223: Replace pest damaged turf under warranty. 4. Unit 2247: Control Cottony Cushion Scale on the Zamia. 5. Unit 2234: The water meter control box is damaged and needs to be replaced.

2 6. Unit 2230: The irrigation valve box cover is missing and needs to be replaced. Please notify FirstServiceResidential. 7. To the left of Unit 2209: Replace area of failed sod due to old pest injury under warranty. 8. Side and rear of Unit 2208: Control weeds in turf. YORKSHIRE 9. Newpoint Loop and Vilmont Greens Drive frontage: Control broadleaf weeds throughout irrigated turf. 10. Unit 2109: Control broadleaf weeds, particularly Dollarweed, in turf. 11. Unit 2124: I recommend a reduction prune in the Viburnum screening the low utility cabinet, maintaining the shrub at approximately 36 inches. 12. Unit 2124: Fertilize, fungicide, and bud drench Roebelenii Palm. There appears to micro-nutrient deficiency. WORTHINGTON block: Remove leaf buildup from lawns. 14. Unit 2238: Replace turf areas that have not recovered from pest damage under warranty. 15. Units 2248 and 2252: Identify if there is a discoloration in the common lawn. 16. Newpoint Loop frontage: Identify if recently planted (by other Contractor) Viburnum are still viable. 17. Corner of Newpoint Loop and Vilmont Greens Drive: Confirm appropriate fertility to control nutritional deficiencies in the Queen Palm. ACADIA I block common lawns: Remove leaf accumulation matting on the turf. 19. Rear of Unit 2179: Prune dead wood from Ligustrums. 20. Unit 2172: Control disease in turf. 21. Unit 2159 and 2161: Control pest activity in turf. Replace failed turf under warranty. 22. Unit 2125 and 2123: Improve the color and growth habit in the turf. 23. Unit 2111: Control weedy root sprout in the area the tree was removed.

Unit 1219: Control weeds in Jasmine beds. 27. Units 1227 and 1229: Control hot spots in turf. Also, replace pest damaged turf under warranty. 28. Unit 1301: Monitor recovery of fungal damaged turf, replacing approximately 20 sq. feet under warranty if turf does not reknit block of Fairway Greens Drive: Control turf weeds behind the units block of Fairway Greens Drive: Monitor Chloris in the Dwarf Ixora. 31. Driveway strip Jasmine planting: Prune the Jasmine, maintaining it as a groundcover. Do not allow the Jasmine to whip onto its self. 32. Unit 1335: Groom white Bird of Paradise off the home side. 33. Unit 1324: Replace small area of pest damaged turf under warranty. 34. Edinburgh and Fairbourne boundary hedgerow: Remove the non-productive Philodendron where the tops are gone. EDINBURGH 35. Unit 1935: Deadhead Bird of Paradise. 36. Unit 1932: Fertilize multi-stem Gardenia. 37. Unit 1924: Monitor recovery of hot spot damaged turf. 38. Unit 1919: Maintain a uniform topiary canopy in the Eugenia. HUNTINGTON 39. Entrance monument: Fertilize Blue Daze. 40. Entrance: Remove non productive Philodendron stalks from the monument. 41. Unit 1222: Replace damaged turf at the front of the driveway. 42. South end of the cul-de-sac in the common lawn areas: Fertilize Bottlebrush, improving vigor.

4 DEVONSHIRE 43. Common area near the mailbox: Control winter weeds in turf. 44. Remove Dandelion from Juniper beds. 45. Unit 1144: Haystack prune Fountain Grass once bloom cycle is complete. BROOKFIELD 46. Monitor localized area of discoloration in turf, confirm there is not active fungus. PORTSMITH 47. Allow Loropetalum to flush to flower during bloom cycle. Do not shear prune plants. 48. North of Nottingham Greens Drive entrance: Remove dead Loropetalum from frontage hedgerow. 49. Units 1910, 1918, and 1920: Complete warranty replacement of sod (approximately 50 sq. ft.). 50. Haystack prune Muhly Grass once bloom cycle is complete. 51. Remove leaf buildup matting on turf in lawn areas adjacent to Oak trees. 52. Unit 2078: Replace pest damaged turf under warranty block of Sifield Greens Way: Hand prune Hibiscus standards to maintain a bobbed form, maintaining sidewalk and garage clearance. 54. Remove weeds and volunteer palms from beds. Determine if irrigation coverage is sufficient to grow turf in the beauty strip in front of Portsmith and Nottingham Greens Drive. 55. Determine if irrigation exists in the turf strips across the frontage of the greenspace. OAKLEY GREENS 56. Hand prune dead wood from Parsonii Junipers. 57. Nottingham Greens Drive entrance: Remove snapped Queen Palm. 58. Maintain Jatropha standard in a vertical position, adjusting strapping as needed Nottingham Greens Drive: Fertilize Dwarf Ixora. 60. Remove low branches and non-productive and crossing limbs up to contractual heights from trees in common areas.

Control disease in turf. Replace approximately 50 sq. ft. of pest damaged turf under warranty at 2446 Nottingham Greens Drive. MAPLEWOOD Sifield Greens Way: Control weeds in turf , 2114, 2116, and 2118 Sifield Greens Way: Replace approximately 150 sq. ft. of pest damaged St. Augustine turf Sifield Greens Way: Fertilize Loropetalum, improving vigor. 70. Unit 2122: Monitor emerging bud spear in Queen Palm as tissue appears distorted. 71. Common lawn adjacent to Unit : Fertilize turf. 72. Control broadleaf weeds in irrigated turf along frontage berm and at Hand prune dead wood from Parsonii Junipers. 74. Frontage: Fertilize Loropetalum and Indian Hawthorns. 75. Vilmont Greens Drive frontage berm: Maintain uniform soft lines. LYNDHURST Sifield Greens Way: Monitor decline in Queen Palm at the driveway, determining if this is disease related. 77. Complete pencil pruning Crape Myrtles, reducing seedheads, crossing branches, and sucker growth, stagger prune overall branching to promote a full and uniform canopy height of approximately feet. Closely monitor for recurring Thrip activity. 80. Monitor chlorosis and distorted tissue in Queen Palms. Confirm in writing opinion of cause. 81. Units 1156 and 1154: Control chlorosis in Dwarf Ixora. 82. Continue fertilizing Philodendron along frontage. 83. Hand prune dead wood from Parsonii Junipers along frontage. KENSINGTON 84. Unit 2405: Replace approximately 50 sq. ft. of pest damaged turf under warranty. 85. Front of Unit 2442: Remove dead Loropetalum. 86. Front left of Unit 2437: Control weeds in turf. GRANTHAM 87. Grantham Greens Drive west of Corinth Greens Drive: Remove non-productive stalks from Philodendron selloums. 88. Common lawn adjacent to Unit 2109: Control broadleaf weeds in turf. 89. Unit 2029: Hand prune dead wood from Parsonii Juniper. Closely monitor areas of disease in turf. INVERNESS 90. Control weeds in turf at the mailbox. 91. During pruning operations, I recommend reduction pruning to reestablish stairstep presentations in courtyard plantings, reducing height of Gold Mound Duranta and/or Loropetalum to tier the foundation shrubs. CORINTH 92. Common lawn area to the right of Unit 1202 and Unit 1253 : Control turf weed. 93. To the left of Unit 1213: Prune the Ligustrum branches screening the carriage lamp.

7 CATEGORY III: IMPROVEMENTS PRICING 1. Worthington, Newpoint Loop entrance: Provide a price for supplemental mulch at the entrance. The berm area is unmulched with bare soil visible, likely to cause decrease moisture retention, increased weed pressure and less effective soil fertilization. 2. Maplewood, Unit 2287: Provide a price to remove declining Queen Palm. 3. Grantham, Unit 2016: Provide a price to remove declining Queen Palm. CATEGORY IV: NOTES TO OWNER 1. Somerset; To the left of Unit 2201: There is damaged irrigation. 2. See information on general turf fertility recommendations from University of Florida, 3. Acadia I; side and rear of Unit 2142: It does not appear that the palms were completely pruned or detailed of loose boots. 4. Fairbourne entrance monument: The Queen palm appears unpruned. 5. Devonshire; Unit 1154 and 1158(Corinth Green Drive / Devonshire): There is a hanging Queen palm frond. 6. Brookfield: The palm exhibits signs of Ganoderma, which is a lethal soil fungus. Removal is the only effective measure. 7. Portsmith, Unit 2016: There is a snapped Queen Palm frond. 8. Portsmith entrance at Nottingham Greens Drive: Oak tree pruning is incomplete. 9. Oakley Greens, rear of Unit 2342: The Queen Palm is unpruned. 10. Lyndhurst, across from 1308 Kettering Greens Drive: Oak tree is unpruned. 11. Kensington, 2400 block of Kensington Greens Drive: There are approximately 6 snapped Queen Palm fronds in residential lawns. CATEGORY V: NOTES TO CONTRACTOR 1. Refer to University of Florida best practices for palm fertilizations. Complete fertilizing palms prior to March 31. All palms should be fertilized to the specifications promoted by UF at appropriate rates and formulations. See Identify any disease in palms on weekly inspection reports. I recommend tagging or
