Remove declining Paurotis Palms Prune growth affecting effective light of carriage lamps in front of garages Unit 906: Identify cause of decline in Roebelenii Palm Remove palm kernel drop remaining in rock beds Buff out crack weeds along sidewalks and driveways Improve turf fertility, controlling broad leaf and grassy turf weeds Control bed weeds. WORTHINGTON 100. Elevate the Camphor tree to the left of 2264, making sure sidewalk clearance is maintained at the driveway. KENSINGTON 59. Control disease and insect activity in Gardenia Standards in courtyards. 63. Stagger mow patterns to eliminate repetitive ruts along foundations. FAIRBOURNE 106. At 1247 Fairway Greens control disease in turf stands.

2 CATEGORY II: MAINTENANCE ITEMS AREA C KENSINGTON 1. Unit 2409: Complete mulching. 2. Control Aphids in Podacarpus. 3. Unit 2417 to the right: Verify irrigation coverage. It appears the netafim has been damaged by mower. 4. Unit 2419: Repair the mow damaged turf in front of unit and avoid sudden turns with mow tires. 5. During weekly visits, remove loose boots from Queen Palms. 6. Thin bed mulch to 1-1/2 inches at frontage of unit Remove mulch buildup on the crowns of Indian Hawthorn. 7. Hand prune flowers off of Arboricolas, maintaining the Variegated form so occasionally the stems that have reverted to green will need to be replaced. 8. Common lawn area across from the mailboxes in the 2400 block: Replace the hot spot damaged turf under warranty. 9. Buff out and crack and crevice weeds throughout walkways and drive ways. 10. Re-establish a uniform soft edge with a metal blade edger to define mulch beds from the lawns. 11. Refertilize Lorepetalum at Refertilize Gardenia at the courtyard at Recommend liquid applications to improve vigor Chelsea Greens: Control Scale on Bird of Paradise. 14. Along frontage berm: Thin Ligustrum canopies to promote light penetration to the Viburnums. Discreetly prune from the interior of the canopy to help create a uniform appearance. NANTUCKET I 26. Monitor hot spots at 2402 Nantucket Glenn and replace under warranty if sod does not fully recover. 27. Following the bloom cycle on Red Fountaingrass: Recommend haystack pruning inch mound. 28. Remove wind fall from bed areas, especially Magnolia leaf drop and fruit. 29. Push back overgrowth extending in from the woodline adjacent to 3600 Street, maintaining an uninterrupted mow in the vicinity of 2400 block Nantucket Harbor Loop. 30. Remove accumulation of leaf liter and debris in courtyard bed areas. 31. Verify irrigation coverage at 2461 New Haven Circle. 32. In the Fall River cul-de-sac: Use metal blade edgers to define soft edges. Re-edge to maintain a vertical bedline.

Verify irrigation coverage at the intersection of Masterpiece and Mooney. Across from unit 2327 at Mooney, it appears a turf rotor may have been damaged. AREA A QUAIL PASS 42. Unit 904: Prune the Oleander so it is not overgrowing the carriage lamp. 43. Remove dead stalks from the Paurotis Palm at the right of unit Blow out accumulation of leaf liter in rock bed areas. 45. Prune stubs from trees as needed. 46. Control broadleaf turf weeds, especially Dandelion. 47. Remove runners after edging operations as needed. 48. To the left of unit 910: Confirm the irrigation repair to the valve and that it is not still leaking (Master Association). DORCHESTER B 49. Rear of unit 26: Keep the Pothos vine from overgrowing the tree trunk by pruning to 4 feet. 50. Remove wind fall during weekly visits.

5 51. Unit 39: Recommend rejuvenational pruning of the large Viburnun hedge to reset it to scale to the building. 52. Continue to remove dead and declining material throughout bed areas.
