Andover A, front of Unit 3: The gutters are clogged on the covered parking area. 3. Dorchester C: Many Bottlebrush trees are approaching the roof lines. I recommend the contractor use minimal pruning techniques to maintain the attractiveness of the plants; however, these will be within 5 feet of roof lines. 4. Andover B: We inspected today a declining Citrus tree located in the landscape. This large Citrus is exhibiting several issues including stem die back, fungal wilt, and it would be of the age that Citrus greening and Canker would be concerns. We did also look at the mowable area and found no significant damage although surface roots do exist. I believe most of the disease die back was incurred due to canopy pruning and stub cutting of the limbs. I do not see this as damage or loss due to ValleyCrest maintenance. Contractually, Citrus is excluded from ValleyCrest maintenance responsibilities under section 4.6D of the service agreement. CATEGORY V: NOTES TO CONTRACTOR 1. I recommend utilizing pre emergent herbicides such as Snapshot in beds to prevent weeds in mulch beds. 2. Gloucester L, at 216 Glenellen Court: Monitor declining Holly tree and provide a proposal to remove the plant if it declines further.

15 3. Between Dorchester and Gloucester: Examine declining Sabal Palm and determine if it is damage is caused by lightning strike or possibly Texas Phoenix Decline syndrome. 4. I recommend rejuvenate pruning Bougainvillea during summer months to allow the plant to be reset into the scale of the bed.
