CATEGORY III: IMPROVEMENTS PRICING 1. Manchester II: Provide price to remove rock and coping, establishing a treewell at Unit 722 around the Roebelenii Palm. 2. Provide price and permit information at 1614 Layton Court in Lancaster II for the removal of a 24 Live Oak adjacent to the foundation and roadway. 3. Review areas of increased mulch application, prepare a quote to re-sod tree wells, building sides and enlarge bed lines, particularly around utilities, to reduce the need for additional mulching. 4. Nantucket III: Prepare a quote to re-sod areas of previous turf decline or areas where grassy weeds have been reduced (2400 block of New Haven Circle). 5. 10 6. Yorkshire: Provide price to replace declining turf at 2104 in the area of previous Carpetgrass infestation. 7. Provide price to replace declining Juniper at the Vilmont Greens entrance. I would recommend increasing the use of Flax Lily or ornamental grasses including Muhly grass. CATEGORY IV: NOTES TO OWNER 1. In Villeroy: I recommend removal of dead Oak tree in the Newpoint Loop berm. CATEGORY V: NOTES TO CONTRACTOR 1. Contractor is encouraged to determine if rejuvenational pruning will increase air flow to foundation Viburnum shrubs affected by fungus. We would recommend completing this task in a timely manner to promote improved growth habit and disease recovery. 2. In Devonshire the Ligustrum Privets look good. I would recommend using this as a template for other communities.
