At Finchley Court: There is a dead shrub behind the dumpster enclosure. 27. In Finchley Court: The Hetzii Juniper limb has fallen into the street. KINGS POINT B TREMONT I 8. Soft edging across the frontage berm is irregular. MANCHESTER IV 35. There is turf weed and disease. 36. There are bed weeds. OXFORD I 46. There is Scale on Sago Palms in cul-d-sac. 47. There is turf loss at the Olive Branch. NANTUCKET II 64. There is turf weed. KINGS POINT C KENSINGTON 7. Unit 2415: Wedelia has overgrown the building sides and into Viburnum. 10. Entrance monument: The Oleanders are thin and not vigorously growing.
2 OAKLEY GREENS 15. There is turf damage adjacent to the perimeter Viburnum hedge along the South Nottingham Greens residences. 16. There are weeds in the Viburnum hedge row around the south perimeter of Nottingham Greens. 17. In the vicinity of 2434 Knottingham Greens: Trees are growing onto building sides, soffits and rooflines. 18. Staking on Hibiscus standards appears un-maintained. 20. There are turf weeds. 21. There is mower damage at the drainage flow structure at the rear of 2228 Oakley Green Drive. PORTSMITH 40. Parsonii Juniper has overgrown the monument sign at Knottingham Greens entrance and the lettering is not visible. 43. Foundation fronts of units: Loropetalum and Viburnum have been pruned to the same height. CATEGORY II: MAINTENANCE ITEMS KINGS POINT AREA A BEDFORD C 1. Bed mulch has not been redistributed evenly across foundations. 2. Unit 62: the multi- stem Hibiscus is chlorotic. 3. There are bed weeds and runners remaining in bed areas after edging. 4. Adjacent to the lawns at unit 51: plant vigor appears weak. FAIRFIELD C 5. Finchley Court: the Crape Myrtle is striking street sign. 6. The Hetzii Juniper stump remains in the cul-de-sac. 7. Unit 409 Flanborough: Schefflera is striking the building front. 8. Unit 411 Flanborough: There is dead wood in Juniper.
3 GLOUCESTER A 9. There is a broken limb stub in the Oak at 2221 Grenadier. 10. The Queen Palm appears to be in decline at 2220 Grenadier Grenadeer: There is a declining Podacarpus behind the dumpster pad. GLOUCESTER H 12. There is turf weed. HIGHGATE F 13. Turf is chlorotic in the Hairfield cul-de-sac. 14. Unit 1006 Harefield: The Holly tree is striking the roofline. 15. Unit 1015 Harefield: The Roebellini palm has not been pruned. KINGS POINT AREA B MANCHESTER IV 16. Unit 206 Mayfield Palms Lane: The Hibiscus is overgrowing the garage lamp. 17. Common area: Wedelia has grown into Dianella beds McCallister: the Wedelia is growing up the building side McCalister: The Sabal Palm has grown into the roofline. 20. Along mulch and rock beds at McCalister, there is wind fall and debris. 21. Mailbox: The Ilex Schilling hedges have fungus McCalister: The Oak is at the roofline. 23. Mayfield Oaks cul-de-sac: There are grassy weeds in Wedelia beds. OXFORD I 24. McDaniel Street: The Variegated Jasmine has grown up onto the Village monument sign 25. Soft edging is irregular. 26. There are bed weeds McDaniel: There is disease in Juniper and Hollies.
4 28. Otter Mill Court: There is Scale on King Sagos. 29. There is a dead shrub at 1012 McDaniel. 30. Unit 2333 Olive Branch: There is decline in St Augustine. 31. There are crack and crevice weeds along with runners extending into roadway along Olive Branch fronts. 32. Adjacent to the mailboxes at Oxford Park: There is decline in St Augustine along right of way. 33. There are areas of turf decline in St Augusine lawns at units 1031 to 1039 Oxford Park vicinity. TREMONT I 34. There are declining Crown of Thorns at the entrance. 35. Unit 837: There are stubs visible in the Oak. 36. Unit 760: There are palms growing into soffit at building side. 37. Unit 745: Oak tree is striking the roofline. 38. The restrooms adjacent to Tremont bed areas are not maintained. NANTUCKETT II 39. Mow patterns are resulting in rutted appearance. 40. Unit 1916: There is a girdling root at the base of the Oak. 41. Unit 1916: There is decline in the St Augustine turf. 42. Unit 1902: There are Aphids in Podacarpus. 43. There are crack and crevice weeds throughout Miami curbs and rock beds. 44. There is a declining Palm tree at 1574 Nantuckett Drive. 45. Mulch has not been redistributed uniformly in bed areas after mowing and edging operations. 46. There appears to be a mower damaged down spout drain at 1576 Nantuckett.
5 KINGS POINT AREA C OAKLEY GREENS 47. North West perimeter Viburnum hedge row has large weeds. 48. There are runners and bed weeds across the foundation beds. 49. Soft edging is irregular. 50. Fertilizer has not been distributed at the base of fertilized Queen Palms. 51. Unit 2434: The Ligustrum Privet is overgrown Oakley Greens Drive: The Oak in the front lawn has overgrown and Bottlebrush and Japanese Blueberries are growing into rooflines. 53. The soft edges along foundations of buildings are not uniform. 54. There are turf weeds in the left rear of 2327 Oakley Greens : There is declining St Augustine turf. 56. Oak canopies are low at the fronts of the 2200 block of Oakley Greens. 57. Adjacent to mailbox: The staking on Pine trees has not been maintained. 58. There is St Augustine damage in lost turf in the center rear of unit 2318 Oakley Greens Drive. PORTSMITH 59. Knottingham Greens entrance: The Juniper is overgrowing visibility of signage lettering. 60. Siefeld Greens/Knottingham Greens intersection: The Arboricola Trinet is leggy. 61. Throughout common area Oak trees: Vehicle passage and clearance heights should be inspected. 62. Adjacent to the east side mailbox: There are dead Thryallis. 63. Throughout the driveway medians: Juniper can be hand pruned to maintain a compact size. KENSINGTON 64. Oleander at the Village monument sign are declining. 65. There is sucker growth on street side Oaks at the entrance.
