CATEGORY I: MAINTENANCE CARRYOVER ITEMS FROM 2/25/19 SOMERSET 1. Control Thrip injury in the Hawthorne and Arboricola. 2. Control Dandelion and other broadleaf weeds. 3. Front of Unit 2223: Replace pest damaged turf under warranty. 8. Side and rear of Unit 2208: Control weeds in turf. YORKSHIRE 12. Unit 2124: Fertilize, fungicide, and bud drench Roebelenii Palm. There appears to micro-nutrient deficiency. WORTHINGTON block: Remove leaf buildup from lawns. ACADIA I block common lawns: Remove leaf accumulation matting on the turf. FAIRBOURNE 27. Units 1227 and 1229: Control hot spots in turf. Also, replace pest damaged turf under warranty. 28. Unit 1301: Monitor recovery of fungal damaged turf, replacing approximately 20 sq. feet under warranty if turf does not reknit. 33. Determine if irrigation exists in the turf strips across the frontage of the greenspace. OAKLEY GREENS Nottingham Greens Drive: Fertilize Dwarf Ixora Oakley Green Drive: Apply systemic fungicide, fertilizer, and a bud drench to Roebelenii Palm. 66. Control disease in turf. Replace approximately 50 sq. ft. of pest damaged turf under warranty at 2446 Nottingham Greens Drive. MAPLEWOOD 75. Vilmont Greens Drive frontage berm: Maintain uniform soft lines. CATEGORY II: MAINTENANCE ITEMS SOMERSET 1. Throughout: Monitor Queen Palms and re-fertilize as needed to improve green up. 2. Replace approximately 50 sq. ft. of turf to the left of the driveway. 22. To the right of 2020 Acadia Greens Drive: Control broadleaf weeds in turf. 23. To the right of 2014 Acadia Greens Drive: Remove viney growth from Indian Hawthorn. 24. Unit 2011: Rake out brown spots in turf. Replace approximately 25 sq. ft. of Brown Patch damaged turf. To the right of 1218 Fairway Greens Drive: Replace approximately 20 sq. ft. of pest damaged turf Fairway Greens Drive: Rake out, improve, or replace approximately 10 sq. ft. of previous pest damaged turf under warranty. 27. Determine if soil moisture is inadequate and report to FirstService Residential. 59. Unit 2022: Remove declining shrub in front of the bed. INVERNESS 60. Fertilize Dwarf Ixora, improving vigor. 61. Replace approximately 500 sq. ft. of turf under warranty. 96. Units : Confirm drought stress, reporting to FSR. 97. Vicinity of Unit 2210: Fertilize Dwarf Ixora. LYNDHURST 98. Sifield Greens Way entrance: Fertilize Bottlebrush trees Lyndhurst Greens Drive: Fertilize Dwarf Ixora block of Lyndhurst Greens Drive: Remove Spanish Moss from Oak trees up to contractual height. RICHMOND 101. Avoid buffing bed lines with line trimmers. Use metal blade edgers only to edge soft lines Prune lowest scaffold of limbs from Oak tree, promoting an upward growth habit and vertical center leader.

Worthington: The frontage berm appears dry and under-irrigated. 4. Worthington, 2248 Worthington Greens Drive: Turf is drought stressed. It appears this is coverage pattern related. 5. Acadia I, 2111 Acadia Greens Drive: Confirm irrigation coverage to the front left of the driveway. There appears to be an irregularity in coverage pattern. 6.
