CATEGORY I: MAINTENANCE CARRYOVER ITEMS NONE CATEGORY II: MAINTENANCE ITEMS PORTSMITH 1. Remove Dodder weed from Muhly Grass beds along Vilmont Greens Drive frontage. 2. Rejuvenate prune Thryallis, taking advantage of the long season to grow out into a flowering shrub. 3. Front of 1918 Sifield Greens Way: Elevate lowest canopy of Oak, eliminating downward growth habit. 4. Rejuvenate prune Muhly Grass. 5. Monitor localized areas of chlorosis in Loropetalum. I recommend fertilizing chlorotic plants. 6. Throughout: Rejuvenate prune Viburnum. 7. Sifield Greens Way/Nottingham Greens Drive intersection: Prune lowest scaffold of branches of trees, elevating trees to improve light penetration, maintaining separation from Ligustrum canopies, and removing vehicle damaged tree limbs. 8. Establish and maintain foundation shrubs at a stair step presentation. This will involve reducing the height of Loropetalum by 25%. 9. Unit 2044: Improve fertility to Loropetalum. 10. Control weeds in beds. MAPLEWOOD 11. Thin Ligustrum canopies, improving light penetration to interior of beds. 12. Rejuvenate prune Gold Mound Duranta to a uniform height. 13. Courtyard fronts: Prune trellising Bougainvillea to a uniform height.

Use appropriate size mowers in small areas. 64. Unit 2430: Control hot spot in turf. Replace damaged turf under warranty. 65. Hand-prune multi stem and standard Hibiscus, promoting infilling growth. 66. Control fungus in Liriope. I recommend rejuvenate pruning Liriope. 67. Front right of Unit 2441: Replace mower damaged Pittosporum. 68. Line trim along shore lines, maintaining a neatened appearance block: Control weeds in turf. 70. Rear of units along 2400 block: Rejuvenate prune Fakahatchee Grass. 71. I recommend maintaining Bottlebrush trees at roof soffit lines. 72. Unit 2467: Elevate Oak tree in cul-de-sac. 73. Unit 2471: Verify irrigation coverage, making sure netafim is not damaged. 74. Unit 2449: Prune Snow Queen Hibiscus, creating a bobbed canopy and maintaining window clearance. 75.
