Control turf weeds throughout lakeside lawn areas. 10. Improve fertility of Arboricola Trinettes throughout the Oakley Greens frontage to flush new growth. 11. Control chlorosis in Downy Jasmine at 2331 Oakley Greens. Improve plant vigor, determining if soil Ph is inhospitable to plant growth. 12. Replace hotspot damaged turf at 2231 Oakley Greens.

Improve turf fertility. 49. Schedule pencil pruning of Crape Myrtles, removing crossing branches, seed pods. Establish a small tree of uniform size and shape. 50. Maintain clearance along building sides from the Bottlebrush trees. 51. Monitor the declining Queen Palm at 2413 Sifield Greens. 52. Remove accumulation of leaf litter, Palm kernel drop and debris in bed areas.

Remove accumulation of debris in mulched bed areas, evenly distributing mulch, raking out leaf drop and Palm kernel drop. 56. Improve fertility in Crinum Lilies. 57. Maintain elevations on Roebelenii, maintaining sidewalk clearances. 58. In courtyards remove accumulation of Gardenia leaf drop. 59. Control disease and insect activity in Gardenia Standards in courtyards. 60. Detail Roebelenii Palms of seed pods and any remaining flower stalks. 61. Maintain uniform soft edge with a metal blade edger. 62. Throughout the landscape cut any visible and remaining straps and ties on root balls. 63. Stagger mow patterns to eliminate repetitive ruts along foundations. 64. Maintain stairstep presentations whenever possible in foundation shrub planting areas. 65. Improve fertility in the Bottlebrush trees in the common lawn area at Chelsea Greens Court. JAMESON 66. Improve turf fertility across the frontage berm. 67. Improve fertility to Philodendron Selloums. 68. Redistribute bed mulch at the Village monument at the base of the Knock-out Roses to maintain an improved, finished appearance and closely monitor Knock-out Roses for recurring pest pressure. 69. At the entrance drive target prune the Ligustrum Privet so the STOP sign is not obstructed. 70. Detail beds of leaf litter and windfall. 71. Cap the tree bubbler to the left of Elevate lower canopies of Ligustrum Privets, improving light penetration to foundations.

5 73. Control hotspot in turf at 1106 in the driveway. Determine if sod is a suitable replacement. 74. To the right of Unit 1110 verify irrigation coverage, eliminating the tree bubbler where the Oak was removed. 75. Hand prune staggering multi-stem Hibiscus, maintaining the plant lower than the soffit or mid-point of the wall. 76. Improve Palm fertility. RICHMOND GREENS 77. Across the frontage hand-prune Ligustrum Privets to form a small tree with exposed multi-stem quality. Do not shear into large, rounded shrubs. 78. With a metal blade edger remove any evidence of chemical overspray. Do not chemical edge soft bed lines. 79. Remove weeds after bed weeds have been eradicated. 80. Improve fertility in foundation shrubs. 81. Re-set irrigation valve box covers. GRANTHAM 82. Remove any pruning debris from bed areas. 83. Maintain Ligustrum Privet canopies lower than that of Queen Palms uniformly across the village property line and entrance drive Improve turf fertility throughout St. Augustine lawn areas.
