Moenie eet, drink of rook tydens vermenging of toediening of voordat hande en gesig gewas en skoon klere aangetrek is nie. Verhoed besoedeling van voedsel, eetgerei, voer en drinkwater. Verhoed wegdrywing van die sproeinewel na ander gewasse, weidings, riviere, damme of ander gebiede wat nie behandel word nie. Maak toerusting skoon na gebruik en moenie die omgewing met spoelwater besoedel nie. Sodra die houer leeg is keer dit om oor die spuittenk of mengbak en dreineer vir minstens 30 sekondes nadat die vloei tot 'n gedrup verminder het. Spoel die houer daarna driekeer uit met 'n volume water gelyk aan minstens 'n tiende van die houer en gooi die spoelwater by die inhoud van die spuittenk. Vernietig die houer deur gate daarin te maak en te begrawe of te verbrand. Moenie die houer vir enige ander doel gebruik nie. WEERSTANDSWAARSKUWING: Vir weerstandsbestuur is Previcur N as 'n Groepkode 28 swamdoder geklassifiseer. Enige populasie van 'n spesifieke swam mag individue insluit wat 'n natuurlike weerstand teen Previcur N, of enige ander Groepkode 28 swamdoder het. Indien hierdie swamdoders herhaaldelik aangewend word, kan die weerstandbiedende individue uiteindelik die swampopulasie oorheers. Hierdie weerstandbiedende swamme sal moontlik nie deur Previcur N of enige ander Groepkode 28 swamdoder, beheer word nie. Aangesien die voorkoms van weerstandbiedende swamme moeilik is om te bepaal voor swamdodertoediening plaasvind, is dit uiters noodsaaklik dat behandelde gebiede met gereelde intervalle ondersoek word om weerstand vroegtydig te identifiseer. Bayer (Edms) Bpk. sal nie verantwoordelikheid aanvaar vir enige gebrek aan prestasie in die geval van die opbou van weerstand in die swamme as gevolg van onvoldoende swambestandheidsbestuur soos aangedui op die etiket nie. Om weerstand teen swamdoders te vertraag: Vermy die eksklusiewe, herhaaldelike gebruik van swamdoders in dieselfde swamdodergroepkode. Wissel af met, of gebruik tenkmengsels van produkte in verskillende swamdodergroepkodes. Integreer ander beheermaatreëls (chemies, verbouing, biologies) in siektebeheerprogramme. GEBRUIKSAANWYSING: GEBRUIK SLEGS SOOS AANGEDUI VERENIGBAARHEID: Previcur N is verenigbaar met Octave (Reg. Nr. L3406). TOEDIENINGS- EN MENGINSTRUKSIES : Previcur N is 'n gekonsentreerde oplossing in water. Dit vereis nie aanhoudende roering nie. Moenie Previcur N op droë kompos of grond toedien nie. Hou die behandelde grond klam onder normale vogtoestande. In 'n klam substraat word die produk deur die wortels opgeneem en vervoer na die bogrondse dele van die plant. Wanneer Previcur N bo-oor plante gegooi word tydens deurweking, veral by konsentrasies hoër as 0,15 %, moet alle residus op die blare met water afgewas word. Mengsels moet binne 1 dag na vermenging gebruik word. TOEDIENINGSTABEL: GEWAS & SIEKTES DOSIS OPMERKINGS KOMKOMMERS (Verbou in kweekhuise) (Pseudoperonospora cubensis) KOOL SAAILINGE Donsige skimmel (Peronospora parasitica) 3 /ha (3 m /10 m²) Blaarbedekking: Dien in water/ha as 'n voldekbespuiting toe sodra eerste tekens van infeksie voorkom. Herhaal met 7-10 dae tussenpose met 'n maksimum van 6 toedienings. Dien in 'n minimum van 3 water/m² toe as 'n deurweking op saadbeddings direk na saai en een dag voor uitplant op uitplantof uitdunareas. 3 Swamdoder GEWAS & SIEKTES DOSIS OPMERKINGS KOOL SAAILINGE & KOMKOMMERS (In kweekhuise, saadbeddings, uitplanten uitdunareas) Saailingverwelksiekte/ verdwynsiekte Dien in 'n minimum van 3 water/m² toe as 'n deurweking op saadbeddings direk na saai en een dag voor uitplant op uitplant- of uitdunareas. POTSUBSTRATE & KOMPOS (Vooraf behandeling) Saailingverwelksiekte/ verwelksiekte patogene Algemeen m /m³ substraat Verseker dat die substraat of kompos klam is voor toediening. Meng produk met 'n minimum van 20 water en dien toe op substraat of kompos terwyl geroer word in 'n betonmenger óf soortgelyke apparaat om deeglike vermenging te verseker. Indien nodig kan hierdie behandeling 4-6 weke na plant óf saai opgevolg word met 'n deurweking. Gebruik dan die konsentrasies soos hierbo beskryf vir saadbeddings, steggies of potplante waar van toepassing. GEWAS & SIEKTES DOSIS OPMERKINGS Klein wortelvolume kweking (bv. "speedling" saailinge, miniblokkies, ens.) 200 m / m³ substraat (Moenie hierdie dosis oorskry nie aangesien 'n hoër dosis mag lei tot fitotoksisiteit weens klein wortelvolumes). EUCALYPTUS SAAILINGE & STEGGIES Vir die bevordering van oorlewing, wortelvorming en groeikrag. (Slegs vir gebruik deur Mondi kwekerye te Eshowe, Tzaneen en Witrivier). 480 m plus 100 g Octave (Reg. Nr. L3406) per 100 water Octave is 'n geregistreerde handelsmerk van FMC Corporation of sy filiale. Bayer (Edms) Bpk. Alle ongemagtigde reproduksie van hierdie etiket word verbied. Dien 3 van die mengsel/ m² as 'n deurweking toe op saadbakke onmiddellik na saailinge / steggies geplant is. Toediening mag herhaal word indien nodig. SIERPLANTE (Saadbeddings & uitplant- en uitdunareas) Saailingverwelksiekte/ verdwynsiekte 7,5 m / m² Dien in 'n minimum van 3 water/ m² as 'n deurweking toe op saadbeddings direk na saai en een dag voor uitplant op uitplant of uitdunareas. Herhaal met 3-4 weke tussenpose indien nodig. Steggies 7,5-15 m / m² Dien in 5-10 water/m² as 'n deurweking toe op 'n goed voorbereide bedding voordat steggies ingesit word. Herhaal met 3-4 weke tussenpose indien nodig. Potplante 15 m /10 water Dien 100 m mengsel / 10 cm pot deursnee toe. Herhaal met 3-4 weke tussenpose indien nodig. 4 Fungicide WARNINGS : ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS BETWEEN LAST APPLICATION AND HARVESTING OF CUCUMBERS. Store in a cool place, away from food and feed. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals. Re-entry - Do not enter treated area until spray deposit has dried unless wearing protective clothing. Although Previcur N is regarded as crop-safe on most important cultivars, this does not mean that a more sensitive cultivar might not be commercialized in the future. Where a new cultivar is encountered, large areas should not be sprayed without prior testing of Previcur N on that cultivar. ALTHOUGH THIS REMEDY HAS BEEN EXTENSIVELY TESTED UNDER A LARGE VARIETY OF CONDITIONS THE REGISTRATION HOLDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE EFFICACIOUS UNDER ALL CONDITIONS BECAUSE THE ACTION AND EFFECT THEREOF MAY BE AFFECTED BY FACTORS SUCH AS ABNORMAL SOIL, GROWTH MEDIUM, CLIMATIC AND STORAGE CONDITIONS, QUALITY OF DILUTION WATER, COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES NOT INDICATED ON THE LABEL AND THE OCCURRENCE OF RESISTANCE OF THE DISEASES TO THE REMEDY CONCERNED AS WELL AS BY THE METHOD, TIME AND ACCURACY OF APPLICATION. THE REGISTRATION HOLDER FURTHERMORE DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO CROPS, VEGETATION, THE ENVIRONMENT OR HARM TO MAN OR ANIMAL OR FOR LACK OF PERFORMANCE OF THE REMEDY CONCERNED DUE TO FAILURE OF THE USER TO FOLLOW THE LABEL INSTRUCTIONS OR TO THE OCCURRENCE OF CONDITIONS WHICH COULD NOT HAVE BEEN FORESEEN IN TERMS OF THE REGISTRATION. CONSULT THE SUPPLIER IN THE EVENT OF ANY UNCERTAINTY. PRECAUTIONS: Wash contaminated clothing daily. Wash with soap and cold water after use or skin contact. Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst mixing or applying or before washing hands and face and changing clothes. Prevent contamination of food, eating utensils, feed and drinking water. Prevent spray drift onto other crops, grazing, rivers, dams or other areas not under treatment. Clean applicator after use and do not pollute the environment with wash water. When empty, invert the container over the spray tank or mixing tank and allow it to drain for at least 30 seconds after the flow has slowed down to a drip. Thereafter rinse the container three times with a volume of water equal to at least one tenth of that of the container and add the rinsings to the contents of the spray tank. Destroy the container by puncturing and burying or burning it. Do not use the container for any other purpose. RESISTANCE WARNING : For resistance management, Previcur N is a Group Code 28 fungicide. Any fungus population may contain individuals naturally resistant to Previcur N and other Group Code 28 fungicides. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the fungus population if these fungicides are used repeatedly. These resistant fungi may not be controlled by Previcur N or any other Group Code 28 fungicides. Since the presence of resistant fungi is difficult to detect prior to fungicide application, it is of the utmost importance that treated areas be inspected at regular intervals to identify the occurrence of fungicide-resistant fungi timeously. Bayer (Pty) Ltd will not accept liability for performance failures in the event of a build-up of resistant fungi resulting from inadequate resistance management practices as indicated on the label. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. COMPATIBILITY: Previcur N is compatible with Octave (Reg. No. L3406). APPLICATION AND MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: Previcur N is a concentrated aqueous solution that requires no constant agitation after mixing. Do not apply Previcur N to dry soil or dry compost. Keep treated soil under normal moisture conditions. In a moist substrate the product is taken up by the roots and transported to the aerial parts of the plant. If Previcur N is applied by overhead drenching, especially at concentrations higher than 0,15 %, any residues on the leaves should be rinsed off with water. Stock solutions should be used within one day of mixing. APPLICATION TABLE: CROP & DISEASES DOSAGE REMARKS CABBAGE SEEDLINGS & CUCUMBERS (In controlled environments, seedbeds, pricking out areas & thinning out areas) Damping-off Apply in at least 3 water/m² as a drench to seedbeds directly after sowing and one day before transplanting on pricking or thinning out areas. To delay fungicide resistance: Avoid exclusive, repeated use of fungicides from the same fungicide Group Code. Alternate or tank mix with products from different fungicide Group Codes. Integrate other control methods [chemical, cultural, biological] into disease control programmes. CABBAGE SEEDLINGS Downy mildew (Peronospora parasitica) Apply in at least 3 water/m² as a drench to seedbeds directly after sowing and one day before transplanting on pricking or thinning out areas. 5 Fungicide CROP & DISEASES DOSAGE REMARKS CUCUMBERS (In controlled environment) Downy mildew (Pseudoperonospora cubensis) 3 /ha (3 m /10 m²) Foliar application : Apply in water/ha as a full cover spray when first signs of infection appear. Repeat at 7-10 day intervals, with a maximum of 6 applications. ORNAMENTALS (Seedbeds, pricking out areas & thinning out areas) Damping-off Cuttings Pot Plants 7,5 m /m² 7,5-15 m / m² 15 m /10 water Apply in at least 3 water/m² as a drench to seedbeds directly after sowing and one day before transplanting on pricking or thinning out areas. Repeat at 3-4 week intervals if necessary. Apply in 5-10 water / m² as a drench to a well prepared area, before inserting the cuttings. Repeat at 3-4 week intervals if necessary. Apply 100 m mixture/10 cm pot diameter. Repeat at 3-4 week intervals if necessary. POTTING MEDIA & COMPOST (Pre-potting treatment) Damping off pathogens General Small Root Volume propagation (e.g., seedling trays, mini blocks, etc.) m / m³ medium 200 m /m³ medium (Do not exceed the dosage, as a higher dose may result in phytotoxicity due to small root volumes). Moisten the media or compost before treatment. Mix product with a minimum of 20 of water and pour the mixture onto the media or compost while agitating the compost in a concrete mixer or similar apparatus, to ensure thorough incorporation. If required this application may be followed up by a drench treatment 4-6 weeks after planting or sowing. Then use mixtures as described above for seedbeds, cuttings or pot plants where applicable. EUCALYPTUS SEEDLINGS & CUTTINGS To promote survival, rooting and vigour. (Only for use in Mondi nurseries situated at Eshowe, Tzaneen and White River). 480 m plus 100 g Octave (Reg. No. L3406) per 100 water Apply 3 of the mixture per m² as a drench to seedling trays immediately after planting. Application may be repeated if necessary.
