Rain within six hours after application may affect results adversely. Store away from food and feedstuffs. Aerial application: Notify all inhabitants of the immediate area to be sprayed and issue the necessary warnings. Do not spray over or allow drift to contaminate adjacent areas or bodies. Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, the registration holder does not warrant that it will be efficacious under all conditions because the action and effect thereof may be affected by factors such as abnormal climatic and storage conditions, quality of dilution, compatibility with other substances not indicated on the label and the occurrence of resistance of the disease against the remedy concerned, as well as by the method, time and accuracy of application. The registration holder furthermore does not accept responsibility for damage to crops, vegetation, the environment or harm to man or animal or for lack of performance of the remedy

3 concerned due to failure of the user to follow the label instructions or to the occurrence of conditions which could not have been foreseen in terms of the registration. Consult the supplier in the event of any uncertainty. PRECAUTIONS Avoid excessive inhalation of spray mist and contact with the skin or eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, flush immediately with plenty of. Wash with soap and after use and before eating, drinking or smoking. Avoid contamination of food, feedstuffs, eating utensils and drinking. Clean applicator after use. Do not contaminate environment with wash. TRIPLE RINSE empty containers in the following manner. Invert the empty container over the spray or mixing tank and allow to drain for at least 30 seconds after the flow has slowed down to a drip. Thereafter rinse the container three times with a volume of equal to a minimum of 10 % of that of the container. Add these rinsings to the contents of the spray tank before destroying the container in the prescribed manner. Destroy empty container by perforation and flattening and do not re-use for any other purpose. Do not spray into the flowers of Loraine begonias. In the case of new cultivars it is advisable to test-spray a few plants before the entire crop is treated. DIRECTIONS FOR USE USE ONLY AS INDICATED DENARIN EC is harmless to bees and other beneficial insects. DENARIN EC suppresses red spider mite if used regularly in a spray programme. Compatibility: DENARIN EC is compatible with emulsifiable insecticides but must not be mixed with foliar nutrients and compounds with an alkaline reaction. However, a small test spray should be conducted with such combinations as indicated under PRECAUTIONS above. Do not apply in combination with insecticides, fungicides or wetting agents on ornamentals or cucumbers. Mixing instructions: Half fill the spray tank with clean. Add the required volume of DENARIN EC and finally complete filling by adding the rest of the. Do not use if a white emulsion is not formed after dilution. CONTACT OF UNDILUTED DENARIN EC WITH A GLASS FIBRE TANK HAS TO BE AVOIDED BY ALL MEANS. Where extremely hard is used difficulties such as clogging of nozzles may occur. The spray mixture should not be kept in the tank for longer than 3 to 5 hours. After completion of spraying, the tank must be thoroughly cleaned by flushing with clean.

4 General directions: Orchard crops: Apply as a full cover spray to the foliage, either as a prophylactic treatment or when the first symptoms of the disease are observed. Repeat at weekly intervals (or as indicated) to keep plants free of disease. Dosage per hectare will depend on the size of tree, tree spacing and foliage density. Non-phytotoxicity of DENARIN EC has been proven on the following plum and prune cultivars: Plums: Prunes: Beauty, Santa Rosa, Ruby Nel, Harry Pickstone, Eldorado, Gaviota, Songold, Golden King. President, Theron. Do not spray on developing fruit. Do not use on Cox's Orange Pippin. For simultaneous control of brown rot and Rhizopus rot on canning peaches, a tank mixture of 100 m DENARIN EC plus 200 g Allisan WP per is recommended. CROP DISEASE DOSAGE DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICATION BEANS Rust (Uromyces) 100 to 150 m Ground application: Use the higher dosage on highly susceptible cultivars, e.g. green beans, white haricot and sugar beans, and on all beans when weather conditions are highly favourable for the disease. The lower rate can be used on less susceptible cultivars, e.g. kidney beans. Commence spraying at the first sign of infection: usually 3 to 4 weeks after planting. In the case of tractor mounted spray equipment, use up to spray mixture per hectare to ensure good coverage. 1,0 to 1,5 per hectare Green beans: Repeat sprays at 7-10 day intervals, using the shorter interval when weather is very favourable for the disease. Dry beans: Repeat spray after 2-3 weeks as necessary. Aerial application: As for ground application, by applying in at least 40 ha. CARNATIONS Rust 100 to 125 m (10 to 12,5 m 10 ) Spray at weekly intervals and ensure good coverage. Use higher dosage when weather favours disease.

Apply 500 spray-mixture per hectare. 750 m ha Aerial application: As for ground application by applying in at least 30 ha. MANGOES 150 m 100 OR 100 m + 15 g benomyl 100 Commence application at the first signs of infection - usually at 50 % flowering stage - followed by a second application 3-4 weeks later. A third application may be necessary where uneven flowering prevails or where a late infection occurs. PEACHES and NECTARINES (Canning and dessert fruit) Brown rot (Monilinia) 100 m 100 (2,5 to 3,5 per hectare) High volume: Apply two full cover sprays. The first spray must be applied days before harvest and the second spray 3 days before harvest. Apply in to ha. If weather conditions favour disease development (temperatures of C and high humidity) use shorter interval. If disease appear during flowering or early pod-fill, more than one spray may be necessary. Should the disease appear late in the growing season, a single application will be sufficient.

Alhoewel hierdie middel omvattend en onder groot verskeidenheid toestande getoets is, waarborg die registrasiehouer nie dat dit onder alle toestande doeltreffend sal wees nie aangesien die werking en effek daarvan beïnvloed kan word deur faktore soos abnormale klimaats- en bergingstoestande, kwaliteit van verdunnings, verenigbaarheid met ander stowwe wat nie op die etiket aangedui is nie en die voorkoms van weerstand van die siekte teen die betrokke middel sowel as die metode, tyd en akkuraatheid van toediening. Verder aanvaar die registrasiehouer nie verantwoordelikheid vir skade aan gewasse, plantegroei, die omgewing of vir nadelige effek op mens of dier of vir gebrek aan prestasie van die betrokke middel as gevolg van die versuim van die gebruiker om etiketaanwysings na te kom of as gevolg van die ontstaan van toestande wat nie kragtens die registrasie voorsien kon word nie. Raadpleeg die verskaffer in die geval van enige onsekerheid.

8 VOORSORGMAATREËLS Vermy oormatige inaseming van die spuitdamp en kontak met die vel of oë. In geval van toevallige kontak met die oë, was dadelik met baie. Was met seep en na gebruik en voordat geëet, gedrink of gerook word. Voorkom besoedeling van voedsel, voer, eetgerei en drink. Maak spuit skoon na gebruik en raak ontslae van spoel waar dit nie die omgewing sal besoedel nie. Leë houers moet DRIEKEER UITGESPOEL word soos volg. Keer die leë houer om oor die spuittenk of mengbak en dreineer vir minstens 30 sekondes nadat die vloei tot 'n gedrup verminder het. Spoel die houer daarna driekeer uit met 'n volume gelykstaande aan 'n minimum van 10 % van die houer. Gooi hierdie spoel by die inhoud van die spuittenk voordat die houer op die voorgeskrewe wyse vernietig word. Vernietig leë houer deur gate daarin te slaan en dit plat te druk en moet dit nooit vir enige ander doel hergebruik nie. Moenie in die oop blomme van Loraine begonias in spuit nie. In geval van nuwe kultivars is dit raadsaam om eers 'n paar plante te spuit voordat alle plante behandel word. GEBRUIKSAANWYSINGS GEBRUIKS SLEGS SOOS AANGEDUI DENARIN EC is onskadelik vir bye en ander nuttige insekte. DENARIN EC onderdruk rooispinmyt as dit gereeld in n spuitprogram gebruik word. Verenigbaarheid: DENARIN EC is verenigbaar met emulgeerbare insekdoders maar moenie met blaarvoedings- en alkaliese middels gemeng word nie. 'n Klein spuittoets behoort egter met soortgelyke kombinasies vooraf gemaak te word soos onder VOORSORGMAATREËLS aangedui. Kombinasies met insekdoders, swamdoders of benattingsmiddels moenie op sierplante of komkommers gespuit word nie. Menginstruksies: Maak die spuittenk halfvol met skoon. Voeg die benodigde hoeveelheid DENARIN EC by en dan kan die tenk verder met skoon volgemaak word. Moenie toedien indien daar ná verdunning 'n wit emulsie vorm nie. KONTAK VAN ONVERDUNDE DENARIN EC MET GLASVESELSPUITTENK, MOET TE ALLE TYE VOORKOM WORD. As DENARIN EC met baie harde gemeng word, kan probleme ontstaan, bv. spuitneuse kan verstop raak. Die spuitmengsel moet nie langer as 3 tot 5 uur in die spuittenk gehou word nie. Na voltooiing van bespuiting moet die tenk deeglik skoongemaak word deur dit goed uit te spoel met skoon. Algemene aanwysings: Boordgewasse: Dien as volle dekbespuiting van die lower toe, of as voorbehoedende behandeling,

9 of wanneer die eerste siektesimptome opgemerk word. Herhaal met weeklikse tussenposes (of soos aangedui) om plante vry van siekte te hou. Dosis per hektaar sal afhang van boomgrootte, bome se spasiëring en lowerdigtheid. Nie-fitotoksisitiet van DENARIN EC is op die volgende pruim- en pruimedantekultivars bewys: Pruime: Beauty, Santa Rosa, Ruby Nel, Harry Pickstone, Eldorado, Gaviota, Songold, Golden King Pruimedante: President, Theron. Moenie op ontwikkelende vrugte spuit nie. Moenie op Cox's Orange Pippin spuit nie. Vir die gelyktydige beheer van bruinvrot en Rhixopus verrotting by inmaakperskes, word 'n tenkmengsel van 100 m DENARIN EC plus 200 g Allisan WP per 100 spuitmengsel aanbeveel. GEWAS SIEKTE DOSIS TOEDIENINGSVOORSKRIFTE ANGELIERE Bruinroes 100 tot 125 m (10 tot 12,5 m 10 ) Spuit weekliks en sorg dat die plante goed benat word. Gebruik die hoër dosis wanneer klimaatstoestande die siekte begunstig. BLOMME en SIERPLANTE 100 tot 150 m (10 tot 15 m 10 ) Spuit as die eerste tekens van die siekte verskyn en herhaal elke 7-10 dae afhangende van die graad van besmetting en weersomstandighede. BONE Bruinroes (Uromyces) 100 tot 150 m Grondtoediening: Gebruik die hoër dosis op kultivars wat baie vatbaar is bv. groenbone, wit haricot en suikerbone en op alle kultivars wanneer klimaat baie gunstig vir die siekte is. Die laer dosis kan op minder vatbare bone gebruik word, bv. nierbone. Begin bespuit sodra die eerste tekens van besmetting verskyn (gewoonlik 3 tot 4 weke na plant). In die geval van trekkerbespuiting gebruik tot spuitmengsel per hektaar om goeie bedekking te verseker.

10 1,0 tot 1,5 ha Groenbone: Herhaal die bespuiting elke 7-10 dae en gebruik die korter tussenpose wanneer klimaat gunstig vir die ontwikkeling van die siekte is. Droë bone: Herhaal die bespuiting na 2-3 weke, soos nodig. Lugtoediening: Soos hierbo, in minstens 40 ha. ERTJIES (Erysiphepisi) 100 tot 150 m (10 tot 15 m 10 ) Grondtoediening: Verseker goeie bedekking deur tot spuitmengsel ha toe te dien en herhaal die bespuiting elke 7-10 dae. Gebruik die hoër dosis wanneer klimaatstoestande die siekte begunstig. 1,0 tot 1,5 ha Lugtoediening: Soos vir grondtoediening hierbo, maar in minstens 40 ha. LUPIENE 150 m 100 Grondtoediening: Dien sodra die eerste tekens van die siekte verskyn, normaalweg teen die blomstadium toe. Herhaal toediening 2-3 weke later indien nodig. Dien in 500 spuitmengsel per hektaar toe. 750 m ha Lugtoedieining: Soos vir grondtoediening hierbo, maar in minstens 40 ha. MANGO's 150 m 100 Dien die eerste bespuiting toe met die eerste tekens van besmetting - normaalweg teen 50 % blomstadium opgevolg met 'n tweede toediening 3-4 weke later. 'n Derde bespuiting mag nodig wees by bome wat ongelyk blom of indien 'n laat besmetting plaasvind.

Herhaal die bespuiting elke 7-10 dae. Dien minstens 1 DENARIN EC toe per hektaar. Sien Menginstruksies hierbo. Hoë volume: Dien as twee volle dekbespuitings toe deur 2500 tot 3500 spuitmengsel ha te gebruik. Dien die eerste bespuiting 10 dae voor oes, en die tweede bespuiting 3 dae voor oes toe. Verseker goeie bedekking en herhaal elke 7-10 dae. Gebruik die hoër dosis wanneer klimaatsfaktore die siekte begunstig. Swartvlek; Blaarvlek; Bruinroes 100 tot 125 m Soos hierbo beskryf. - In die skaduwee Swartvlek; Blaarvlek; Bruinroes 100 tot 200 m Soos hierbo beskryf.

12 SOJABOONTJIES Sojaboonroes (Phakopsora pachyrhizi) 1,5 ha Verseker goeie bedekking deur ha toe te dien. Dien as n voorkomende behandeling toe, sodra die eerste simptome verskyn en herhaal die bespuiting14 21 dae later. Wanneer weerstoestande bevorderlik is vir die ontwikkeling van die siekte (temperature van C en hoë vogtigheid), spuit teen n korter interval. Indien die siekte gedurende blom of vroeë peulvul voorkom, sal meer as een bespuiting per seisoen nodig wees. Indien die siekte laat in die groeiseisoen voorkom sal een bespuiting voldoende wees.
