Re-entry: Do not enter treated area until spray deposit has dried unless wearing protective clothing. Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, the registration holder does not warrant that it will be efficacious under all conditions, because the action and effect thereof may be affected by factors such as abnormal soil, climatic and storage conditions, quality of dilution water, compatibility with other substances not indicated on the label and the occurrence of resistance of the pests to the remedy concerned, as well as by the method, time and accuracy of application. The registration holder further does not accept responsibility for damage to crops, vegetation, the environment or harm to man or animal or for lack of performance of the remedy concerned, due to failure of the user to follow the label instructions or to the occurrence of conditions, which could not have been foreseen in terms of the registration. Consult the supplier in event of any uncertainty. PRECAUTIONS Do not inhale the spray mist. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush the eyes with clean, gently flowing, lukewarm water or saline solution for 20 minutes, holding the eyelid(s) open. Seek medical attention if necessary. Wear suitable protective clothing and eye/face protection. Wash immediately with soap and water after accidental skin contact and after use. Do not eat, drink or smoke while mixing, applying or before washing hands and face or change of clothing. Prevent drift of spray onto other crops, grazing, rivers and dams and areas not under treatment. Clean application equipment after use. Do not dispose of wash water where it can contaminate other crops, grazing, rivers or dams. TRIPLE RINSE empty containers in the following manner: Invert the empty container over the spray or mixing tank and shake remaining product therein. Thereafter rinse the container three times with a volume of water equal to a minimum of 10 % of that of the container. Add the rinsing to the contents of the spray tank before destroying the container in the prescribed manner. Destroy the container by perforation and flattening and dispose of it in a safe way. 3 Do not re-use the empty container for any other purpose. Prevent contamination of food, feed, drinking water and eating utensils. RESISTANCE WARNING is a group code 1B insecticide. Any insect population may contain individuals naturally resistant to and other group code 1B insecticides. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the insect population if these insecticides are used repeatedly. These resistant insects may not be controlled by or any other group code 1B insecticide. To delay insecticide resistance: avoid exclusive repeated use of insecticides from the same insecticide group code. Alternate or tank mix with products from different insecticide group codes, integrate other control methods (chemical, cultural, biological) into insect control programmes. For specific information on resistance management contact the registration holder of this product. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Only use as indicated. Apply only with a correctly calibrated sprayer, which is in a good working order. Compatibility: The compatibility of in a tank mixture with other products is influenced by the formulations of these products, as well as quality of the spray water. It is recommended that a physical compatibility test always be performed prior to application, as the formulation of other products can be altered and the quality of water can vary from area to area. Mixing instructions: Mix the required quantities of with water while stirring. Always agitate the spray mixture well. Apply 500 litres spray mixture per hectare, as soon as infestation is noticed. Apply 30 g per 100 m 2 in about 10 litres of water, as soon as infestation is noticed. Herbetreding: Moet nie behandelde gebied betree alvorens die spuitneerslag droog is nie, tensy beskermende oorklere gedra word. Alhoewel hierdie middel omvattend onder n groot verskeidenheid toestande getoets is, waarborg die regstrasiehouer nie dat dit onder alle toestande doeltreffend sal wees nie, aangesien die werking en effek daarvan beïnvloed kan word deur faktore soos abnormale grond-, klimaats- en bergingstoestande, kwaliteit van verdunningswater, verenigbaarheid met ander produkte wat nie op die etiket aangedui is nie en die voorkoms van weerstand van plae teen die betrokke middel, sowel as die metode, tyd en akkuraatheid van toediening. Verder aanvaar die registrasiehouer nie verantwoordelikheid vir skade aan gewasse, plantegroei, die omgewing of vir nadelige effekte op mens of dier of vir 'n gebrek aan doeltreffendheid, as gevolg van die versuim van die gebruiker om die etiketaanwysings na te kom of as gevolg van die ontstaan van toestande wat nie kragtens die registrasie voorsien kon word nie. Raadpleeg die verskaffer in geval van enige onsekerheid. VOORSORGMAATREËLS Moet nie die spuitnewel inasem nie. Vermy kontak met vel en oë. In geval van oogkontak, spoel oë onmiddellik met skoon, stadig vloeiende, louwarm water vir ten minste 20 minute, terwyl ooglid(e) oopgehou word. Ontbied mediese hulp indien nodig. Dra geskikte beskermende klere en oog/gesig beskerming. Was onmiddellik met seep en water in geval van toevallige velkontak en na gebruik. Moet nie eet, drink of rook tydens meng en toediening nie, of voordat hande en gesig gewas is en skoon klere aangetrek is nie. Voorkom dat spuitnewel oorwaai na ander gewasse, weiding, riviere en damme en areas nie onder behandeling nie. Maak toedieningsapparaat deeglik skoon na gebruik en gooi spoelwater uit waar dit nie voedsel, weiding, boorgate, riviere of damme sal besoedel nie. Page 2 of 4

7 Leë houers moet DRIEKEER UITGESPOEL word soos volg: Keer die leë houer om oor die spuittenk of mengbak en skud oorblywende produk daarin uit. Spoel die houer daarna driekeer uit met 'n volume water gelykstaande aan 'n minimum van 10 % van die inhoud van die houer. Gooi die spoelwater by die inhoud van die spuittenk voordat die houer op die voorgeskrewe wyse vernietig word. Vernietig die houer deur gate in te kap en plat te slaan en doen weg daarmee op 'n veilige manier. Moet nie die leë houer vir enige ander doel hergebruik nie. Verhoed besoedeling van voedsel, voer, drinkwater en eetgerei. WEERSTANDSWAARSKUWING is n groepkode 1B insekdoder. Enige populasie van n spesifieke insek mag individue insluit wat n natuurlike weerstand teen of enige ander groepkode 1B insekdoder het. Indien hierdie insekdoder herhaaldelik aangewend word, kan die weerstandbiedende individue uiteindelik die insekpopulasie oorheers. Hierdie weerstandbiedende insekte sal waarskynlik nie deur of enige ander groepkode 1B insekdoder beheer word nie. Om weerstand teen insekdoders te vertraag: vermy die eksklusiewe herhaaldelike gebruik van insekdoders met dieselfde groepkode. Wissel af met, of gebruik tenkmengsels van produkte in verskillende insekdoder groepkodes, integreer ander beheermaatreëls (chemies, verbouing, biologies) in insekdoder programme. Vir spesifieke inligting oor weerstandsbestuur kontak die registrasiehouer van hierdie produk. GEBRUIKSAANWYSINGS Gebruik slegs soos aangedui. Dien slegs toe met n korrek gekalibreerde spuitapparaat, wat in n goeie werkende toestand is. Verenigbaarheid: Die verenigbaarheid van in tenkmengsel met ander produkte word beïnvloed deur die formulasies van die betrokke produkte asook waterkwaliteit. Dit word aanbeveel dat n fisiese verenigbaarheidstoets altyd voor bespuiting gedoen word aangesien die formulasies van produkte kan verander en waterkwaliteit van area tot area kan varieer. Menginstruksies: Meng die verlangde hoeveelhede met water, terwyl dit geroer word. Roer die spuitmengsel altyd deeglik. Spuit teen 500 liter spuitmengsel per hektaar, wanneer die insekte opgemerk word en herhaal elke 10 tot 14 dae. Dien die klam lokaas met die hand toe (gebruik rubberhandskoene) of op n ander geskikte wyse teen 20 kg per hektaar, so eweredig as moontlik, laat in die middag. Die lokaas moet verkieslik na plant, maar vooropkoms van die plante, toegedien word, sodat die Snywurms nie ander bronne van voedsel het nie. Page 4 of 4
