21 Luiza Puiu
22 aspern Mobility Fund Promotion of sustainable mobility projects
23 Mobility Fund How ist the mobility fund supplied? The garage constructor pays 1.000,- net per established garage parking space to a escrow account managed by Wien 3420 Aspern Development AG. Moreover, from the sixth year (2020) on, 2% of the annual rental income of garage parking spaces are to be paid to this escrow account. Who is managing the mobility fund? The mobility fund is managed by Wien 3420 Aspern Development AG.
24 Mobility Fund What measures can be funded? The Mobility Fund is to promote various mobility measures. The main focus lies on funding sustainable mobility, whereas investment projects are the direct objective of the fund. At the moment, there is a number of coordinated projects that are to be supported by the mobility fund. However, a portion of the fund is to be available for the period after the settlement stage. As experience has shown, during daily use different and various measures may be desired and required by the residents.
