4 Situation and Amenities Maltby House lies on the eastern edge of Maltby village about 4 miles to the east of Yarm, one of the most popular market towns in North Yorkshire, and about 7 miles south of Middlesbrough. 13 Maltby is approached at the front through wrought iron gates over a sealed drive to a sweep at the front door.
