1 ANNEXURE - 1 The firm : i. Should have existing contract with Public Sector Bank/Public Sector Undertaking/Government Departments/leading companies in Mumbai. ii. iii. iv. Should have minimum of 05 years experience in the field. Should have minimum annual turnover of 30 lakhs. Should be registered with Shops & Establishment, Government of Maharashtra. v. Should submit Income Tax returns for the preceding three years. vi. Should have valid NOC from Fire Advisor, Maharashtra As proof of meeting the aforesaid, the agencies must submit photcopies of the offer/letters received from the client public sector banks, public undertakings and IT return for the preceding three years. The parties may submit their quotations in 02 envelopes : Envelope No.I will contain all details pertaining to profile of the company, copies of tender documents, terms and conditions duly signed, photocopies of documents providing their eligibility, vis-a-vis the conditions stipulated, etc. Envelope No.II will contain the financial quotation. Those quotations in respect of only those companies which are found to be eligible will be opened and scrutinised. The suggested time-table is indicated below :- (1) Issue of advertisement (classified) in English, Hindi and Marathi editions of widely read newspapers to be decided by Corporate Communication Department (CCD), by 10 August (2) Last day of receipt of tender documents by 1400 hrs on 19 August (3) Opening of Envelope No.I containing technical details at 1430 hrs on 19 August (4) Opening of Envelope No.II containing financial details at 1430 hrs on 22 August The terms and conditions of AMC are attached as annexure.

2 ANNEXURE - 2 Terms and Conditions 1. The contract is for a period of 02 years, extendable by 01 more year, subject to satisfactory services. 2. The Contractor will provide two technicians during day time and two skilled fireman in each shift i.e hrs to 1500 hrs, 1500 hrs to 2300 hrs and 2300 hrs to 0700 hrs. The fireman should have undergone suitable training at SFTC. 3. The contractor will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment provided at HO as part of the fire protection system including smoke detectors, sprinklers, etc. 4. The contractor will maintain all the Fire Extinguishers (FEs) provided at HO including refilling, whenever required. 5. The contractor will maintain all the double and single hydrants and hose reels every three months. 6. The contractor will maintain delivery hose by passing water and also maintain lugs. 7. The contractor will man Fire Control Room round the clock and take periodic safety rounds. 8. The contractor will check the water levels in the fire sumps and overhead tanks. 9. The contractor will carry out regular checking of the PA system. 10. The contractor will arrange for all necessary tools, ladders, machinery measuring instruments, etc., required for the maintenance of the fire protection system at HO. 11. Besides aforesaid, the contractor will attend to any other work assigned by the Fire Consultant or the Security Officer. 12. The contractor will maintain the report of testing wet risers, hydrants, first aid hose, sprinklers, fire alarm, manual call point and smoke detectors and submit to our Fire Consultant once in a week or when demanded, for perusal. 13. The contractor shall comply with the provisions of Contract, Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act and all other Labour Laws and other Statutory Regulations (both Central and State) that may be enforced from time to time by the appropriate authorities. NABARD shall not be held responsible for any penalty on failure of any Labour Regulations. NABARD shall have the power to inspect the Wage Register for physical verification of salary paid to the staff with reference to any

3 records of the Contractor and to insist the Contractor to comply with laws. 14. The contractor should be responsible to fulfil all the obligations in connection with the workers employed by the contractor for the purpose of the contract and all the Statutory and other liabilities, if any, including minimum wages, leave, salary, uniform, ex-gratia, ESI, Provident Fund, Workman Compensation, if any, etc., in connection therewith shall on the contractor s account and payable by the contractor.

4 ANNEXURE - 3 DETAILS OF MAINTENANCE 1. PUMPS a. Running the pump sets 2 minutes. b. Renewal of pump gland packing as and when required. c. Checking of suction and delivery valves once every 3 months to prevent deposition of foreign matter. d. Cleaning and oiling of all working parts. 2. Checking of pumps a. Pressure gauge reading. b. Bearing temperature. c. Leakage through stuffing box. 3. Electric Motors a. Check the coupling bolts and nuts. b. Check the free rotation of the shaft. c. Check for abnormal sound, vibration, sparking, overheating, etc. d. Check the connection and indications in starting panel. e. Apply grease to the shaft bearing. f. Clean the motors. g. Check the motor load in each phase. h. Check the current during load. i. Check the general condition of the motor. 4. Fire Extinguishers a. Weighing the CO2 cartridges b. Cleaning the vent holes c. Cleaning siphon and discharge tubes and nozzles d. Checking the powder e. Checking the plunger 5. Hydrant mains Hydrant mains will be tested to maximum pressure. 6. Cast Iron Valves a. All valves will be operated, oiled on in 3 months. b. Cut-off valves will be thoroughly cleaned annually to remove sludge and other foreign matter collected in the valve seating. 7. Hydrant Valves

5 All hydrants will be examined systematically to ensure that valves and lug and female washers are maintained in good condition and al brass parts are clean. 8. All the hose reels will be checked. 9. Wet/Dry Riser System a. Check and clean hydrant valves, hose reels, fire shafts, pipelines, joints, air valves and set/reset them immediately. b. Check the level of the water in the static water tank for fire fighting purposes. Ensure that the foot valves, suction pipe, running pipe, joints are all intact and there is no damage of suction pipe. c. Monthly check rubber hoses giving special attention to couplings, washers, lugs and canvas jacket and swivel arrangement of the rubber hose reel. Apart from the above works, any other work that may arise from time to time as advised by authorities of the Bank.
