27 Rights of Way Acquisition process will follow the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Properties Act of 1970 as amended. Acquisition map will be prepared for each owner. Owners may accompany valuator on inspections. Owners will be provided explanations of value determinations and ample time to respond. All paperwork will be handled by the Acquiring Authority. If an agreement cannot be reached in conjunction with the project schedule, the Acquiring Authority reserves the right to acquire through eminent domain. 27

Office of Long Island Sound Programs Coastal Area Management Statement (OLISP CAM) Flood Management MOU between City of New Haven and State of Connecticut Connecticut Encroachment Permit Connecticut Office of the State Traffic Administration Traffic Control Signal Application Connecticut DEEP Soil Management Permit Various City of New Haven Permits: Development Permit including site plan review; Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Review (SESC); Coastal Plan Review (CSPR); Building Permit; Excavation Permit. 28
