27 Rights of Way Acquisition process will follow the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Properties Act of 1970 as amended. Acquisition map will be prepared for each owner. Owners may accompany valuator on inspections. Owners will be provided explanations of value determinations and ample time to respond. All paperwork will be handled by the Acquiring Authority. If an agreement cannot be reached in conjunction with the project schedule, the Acquiring Authority reserves the right to acquire through eminent domain. 27
