SECURITY DEPOSIT : As per General conditions of contract, CSIDC Form No. 1, Clause 7,the Purchaser/DDOs may require the contractor to furnish a security deposit which shall be made after issue of the acceptance of the supply order within the period specified by the purchaser / DDOs. Such security deposit shall not ordinarily exceed 3%. The security shall be in form of Demand Drafts issued by any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks. No other form of security is to be accepted. As such registration with NSIC will be acceptable only if such registration has been granted on the basis of capacity report from DGS&D QA Wing. 2. Tenderers to give complete technical data as per Questionnaire attached for each item offered against the T/E failing which the offer will be liable to be ignored without any further reference. 3. Tenderers to be eligible to quote against this T/E should possess required star rating certificate from BEE for the quoted models stipulated the type of compressor & refrigant used in the split air conditioner. 4. The tenderers shall have to get themselves registered as per T/E specification. 5. The tenderers shall have complete testing facilities for testing cooling capacity & noise level as per the requirement of ISS. NOTES TO THE PURCHASER:- 1. SERVICING- Free servicing shall be provided for 15 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of installation of air conditioner whichever is earlier. Firm is also required to send service engineer at least 3 times during the warranty period. 2.Warrantee: Warrantee shall be provided for 15 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of installation of air conditioner, whichever is earlier. Additional warrantee for compressor for 4 years shall be provided. SECURITY DEPOSIT : As per General conditions of contract, CSIDC Form No. 1, Clause 7,the Purchaser/DDOs may require the contractor to furnish a security deposit which shall be made after issue of the acceptance of the supply order within the period specified by the purchaser / DDOs. Such security deposit shall not ordinarily exceed 3%. The security shall be in form of Demand Drafts issued by any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks. No other form of security is to be accepted. As such registration with NSIC will be acceptable only if such registration has been granted on the basis of capacity report from DGS&D QA Wing. 2. Tenderers to give complete technical data as per Questionnaire attached for each item offered against the T/E failing which the offer will be liable to be ignored without any further reference. 3. Tenderers to be eligible to quote against this T/E should possess required star rating certificate from BEE for the quoted models stipulated the type of compressor & refrigant used in the split air conditioner. 4. The tenderers shall have to get themselves registered as per T/E specification. 5. The tenderers shall have complete testing facilities for testing cooling capacity & noise level as per the requirement of ISS. NOTES TO THE PURCHASER:- 1. SERVICING- Free servicing shall be provided for 15 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of installation of air conditioner whichever is earlier. Firm is also required to send service engineer at least 3 times during the warranty period. 2.Warrantee: Warrantee shall be provided for 15 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of installation of air conditioner, whichever is earlier. Additional warrantee for compressor for 4 years shall be provided.
