FishHawk Ranch CDD I Waterway Inspection Report Reason for Inspection: Post Routine treatment Scheduled follow - Monthly up Inspection Date:12 3/29/2019 Prepared for: Mr. Greg Cox, District Manager Rizzetta and Company Citrus Park Lane, Suite #115 Tampa, Florida Prepared by: Logan Bell, Account Representative/Biologist Aquatic Systems, Inc. Sun City Field Office Corporate Headquarters 2100 N.W. 33 rd Street, Pompano Beach, FL

3/29/ Site looks good Pond #1 looked good with healthy development of native aquatic vegetation along the shoreline, which was in good shape with few plants along portions of the shoreline. Spatterdock was identified to be developing along the deeper sections of the shoreline and will be monitored and treated as necessary. 2 Site looks good No issues were observed within Pond #2 during inspection. Open water remains free of any invasive weeds or algae.

3/29/ Site looks good Pond #14 was treated during our visit on 3/14/2019 targeting algae and shoreline weeds, which had displayed positive results as of inspection. algae development will be monitored and treated as necessary or as it appears. 15 Treatment in progress During our visit on 3/14/2019 Pond #15 was targeted for algae development on the surface, shoreline weeds along the perimeter, and Floating weeds throughout. Positive results were noted on the shoreline weeds and floating weeds, but may require a follow up treatment to target the remaining algae.

3/29/ Requires attention Pond #27 was identified with moderate development of Filamentous algae along the shallow perimeter, which will be treated during our upcoming maintenance visits. Native Duck Potato and Bulrush were in good condition. 28 Requires attention Pond #28 was identified with minor to moderate development of shoreline Filamentous algae, which will be targeted during our upcoming maintenance visits. Shoreline remains free of invasive weeds and was identified with development of native aquatic Duck Potato.

3/29/ Requires attention Pond #29 was identified with moderate to substantial development of filamentous algae along the perimeter, which will require treatment to be performed during our upcoming maintenance visits. Minimal floating Duckweed was also identified within the algae and will be targeted. 85 Requires attention Pond #85 was identified with development of invasive Creeping Water Primrose within the native Bulrush, which will be targeted during our upcoming maintenance visits. Positive results should be evident within days following application.

3/29/ Site looks good No issues were observed within Pond # Normal growth observed Pond #88 was identified with development of floating Azolla along the shoreline, which will be treated during our upcoming maintenance visit. Traces of Duckweed were also identified and will be targeted the same.

3/29/2019 Overall, the ponds within the Fishhawk CDD I have continued to display positive results following routine scheduled treatments targeting invasive weeds, algae, and submersed vegetation. During inspection it was noted that Ponds #1, #2, #14, and #86 were all displaying positive qualities of storm water retention Ponds including little to no algae and invasive weed development, average water clarity (1-2 feet), and active wildlife. Algae was the most common issue that was observed within Ponds #15, #27, #28, and #29, which will require treatment to be performed during our upcoming maintenance visits. Minimal Creeping Water Primrose was identified within Pond #85 during inspection and will require treatment to be performed during our next visit. Lastly, floating weeds, identified as Azolla and Duckweed, were observed within Pond #88 and will be targeted during our upcoming maintenance visits. Positive results should be evident within days following application. Midge flies or non-biting mosquitoes are insects belonging to the large Diptera order, which includes an estimated 1,000,000 different species of flying insects. Typically, we see two species of midge flies within storm water retention ponds Chironomidae (blood midge) and Chaoboridae (phantom midge). Usually seen in natural areas clinging to vegetation nearby the water source they hatched from Midges are short lived and typically are understood to have no feeding apparatus and only live an adult life to mate. In developed areas with storm water retention ponds Midge flies have little vegetation to cling to and will be seen covering the screens of lanais. There is no danger from Midge flies as they do not harbor disease like mosquitoes and are mostly an annoyance because of their masses. Midge flies typically reproduce in masses due to lack of predation from fish. Either there is a lack in populations of fish or the fish cannot reach the larva, which hide in the soils and can live in anoxic environments, which fish cannot. Algae and floating weeds are a common invasive nuisance during the rainy and hot summertime season. As we receive heavy rains free nutrients from fertilizers, soaps, oils, and other detritus may enter a pond from the storm drains or lawns effectively allowing food (phosphorus and nitrogen) to build up and become available for algae and invasive weeds. With the help of increased sunlight plants are able to rapidly produce the food needed to not only survive, but flourish. Ponds #15, #27, #28, and #29 will be targeted during our upcoming maintenance visit scheduled for 4/5/2019. Positive results should be evident within approximately days. Increased and frequent algae blooms are mostly related to the overall health of the lake as access nutrient build up can become a compounding issue that only becomes worse. Alum (aluminum Sulphate) is a nutrient abatement product which is applied to the water based on a per acre amount, which binds to phosphorus molecules and sink to the bottom rendering the phosphorus unusable by the algae cells. - Routine Maintenance. - Monitor lilies within Ponds #1, #2, #27, #28, #29. - Continue to monitor all ponds for algal growth and target on contact. - Target the filamentous algae within Ponds #15, #27, #28, and #29. - Continue to treat all ponds for invasive vegetation during our routine visits. - Treat Pond #85 for Creeping Water Primrose. - Target minor floating Duckweed and Azolla within Pond #88. 49 FISHHAWK CDD FIELD INSPECTION REPORT March 14, 2019 Rizzetta & Company John R Toborg Sr. Field Services Manager

Osprey Club General Updates, Recent & Upcoming Maintenance Events During the month of April, all St. Augustine, Bahia & Zoysia turf shall receive an application of fertilizer & all Bermuda turf shall receive an application of fertilizer. The following are action items for Capital Land Management (CLM) to complete. Please refer to the item # in your response listing action already taken or anticipated time of completion. Red text indicates deficient from previous report. Bold Red text indicates deficient for more than a month. Green text indicates a proposal has been requested. Blue indicates irrigation. Orange indicates Staff. 1. There are some weed issues remaining on the berm behind the Osprey Club. Bed edge here is still lacking. (Pic 1) 1 5. Is there as much water pressure at the northern tip of the Osprey Club berm as there is at the south? Plants seem much more established on the south end. (see below) North 2. I think we need to have an increase in irrigation on the Osprey Club berm. The Walter s Viburnum are not growing that quickly and they do like to have a lot of water at establishment. Increase water through this upcoming hot, dry period. <4 3. There is also still a dead Walter s Viburnum on the berm closer to the basketball courts. This needs to be replaced under warranty. 4. We will continue to monitor this Pine at the rear of the Osprey Club pool deck. Hopefully, this is simply a seasonal color. There are no sawdust piles or bore holes in the trunk. CLM to inject preventatively. Pic 4>) 2

Eagle Ridge, Heron Glen, Merlin Glen Median, Paloma Glade 6. Tip Lantana at the Eagle Ridge monument sign. 7. Trim back Silverthorn at the FH Blvd. Lift Station east of the main entrance. Remove stink vines. 8. At the intersection of Heron Glen and Osprey Ridge, lift a street tree near the STOP sign. 9. Make sure the Gold Dust Croton at the Heron Glen median is getting sufficient fertilizer. For the first time it is looking a bit stressed. 10.The dbl. rows of Ixora on the Heron Glen median are looking extremely small (still) and chlorotic. Should we change to a Sulphur coated fertilizer here to help with the soil acidity? Are there other factors contributing to holding them back? 11.Make sure there is equal irrigation coverage at the second trail crossing in Heron Glen. Feijoa on the west side of Heronglen Dr. is much thinner than those on the east. Is there a fungal issue here? (see below) 14.Eradicate the vining weed on the Azaleas on the rear island of Merlin Glen as well as both sides of the entrance. 15.Inspect Variegated Pittosporum on Merlinpark Pl. east. It appears to be infected with fungus. Treat accordingly. 16.Remove dead growth from Flax Lily on the outbound side of Merlin Glen. 17.Remove dead material from the Dune Sunflower at Heron Glen south. 18.Has CLM inspected and diagnosed the Schillings across from Heron Glen south? There is a lot of dieback. Is this fungal related. I suggest a fungicide drench and then hand removal of dead material to allow growth form the inside of the plant. (Pic 18) Turf is not improving on Paloma Glade Dr. Isn t this where there was a bad irrigation valve? Was it replaced? 12.Check irrigation on Heroncrest Ct. Turf appears very dry. 13.Newly planted Muhly Grass on the Merlin Glen median on Osprey Ridge still appear as if they are not receiving water. Is irrigation working properly here? 20.Clear Palmetto fronds coming over the top of the Shearwater sign. 21.What is the ETA of the arrival of the additional mulch at Shearwater? (Pic 21>) 22.CLM to prescribe a treatment to revive the Ixora planted across from Teal Rise. 3

Shearwater, Sandhill Place, Hawk Park 23.Spot treat dollar weed in front of the Shearwater monument. 24.Leaving Merlin Glen and turning right, across Osprey Ridge there is a patch of dead turf apparently the result of an herbicide spill. This needs to be cut out and replaced. 32.Are the newly planted Stromanthe stressing due to too much sun at the entrance of Kitecrest? 33.Oaks along the 3-rail leading into Falcon Ridge & Hawk Park still have a lot of Spanish Moss hanging from them. 25.Remove weeds from Walter s Viburnum across from Sandhill Place. 26. Remove weeds from Blue Daze at Sandhill. 27. Are the small strips of turf on the Sandhill Place median receiving sufficient water? 28.Trim up some of the newly installed plant material at Gannet Glade. Begin to delineate the plant types. 29.What is the frequency and duration of the irrigation at the Gannetdale cul-de-sac? The landscape plants are not thriving. Tibouchina still need to be cut back. 30.Allow the Blue Plumbago to develop on the berms beneath the power lines in Hawk Park. 31.Refrain from Lollipopping the Tree Ligustrum under the power lines in Hawk Park. <21 4

1. CLM to Install & Invoice the installation of 3 Gal. Variegated Confederate Jasmine to fill in the bare areas of the rear of the Merlin Glen median. 2. CLM to provide a proposal to transplant the Jatropha from Tanager Ridge to another location in FH I in full sun & that could use more color. Replace with a cluster of 5-7, 3- Gal. Magnificent Croton. Remove failing Bougainvillea and replace with 3 Gal. Alternanthera Little Ruby on 18 centers. In front of the Variegated Confederate Jasmine and create a sizeable bed for annual flower rotation. (Pic 2) 2 Proposals 3. CLM to provide a proposal to install app. (11) 15 Gal., Grand Select Walter s Viburnum in random positions on each side of Hawkwood Ct. & Hawkpark Blvd. (for a total of 44), under the power lines in an attempt to re-establish a visual buffer.
