All standard specfcaton homes are bult to BUILT GREEN Certfed Standards. Customer changes to our specfcatons or plans may alter the requred ponts to acheve the BUILT GREEN certfcaton. All homes wll be computer modeled and blower door tested by a thrd party and assgned an Energude ratng. All homes that acheve a requred Energude ratng and have mnmum requred ponts under the BUILT GREEN program wll be certfed as a BUILT GREEN home. Jayman has regstered more than 5000 BUILT GREEN homes
