7 Before using your dishwsher for the first time: A. Fill the rinse id dispenser B. Funtion Of Detergent Rinse Aid Dispenser The rinse id is relesed during the finl rinse to prevent wter from forming droplets on your dishes, whih n leve spots nd streks. It lso improves drying by llowing wter to roll off the dishes. Your dishwsher is designed to use liquid rinse ids. The rinse id dispenser is loted inside the door next to the detergent dispenser. To fill the dispenser, open the p nd pour the rinse id into the dispenser until the level inditor turns ompletely blk. The volume of the rinse id ontiner is bout 110ml. Funtion of Rinse Aid Rinse id is utomtilly dded during the lst rinse, ensuring thorough rinsing, nd spot nd strek free drying. Attention. Only use brnded rinse id for dishwsher. Never fill the rinse id dispenser with ny other substnes (e.g. Dishwsher lening gent, liquid detergent). This would dmge the ppline. When to Refill the Rinse Aid Dispenser If there is no rinse-id wrning light in the ontrol pnel, you n judge the mount of rinse-id by the olor of the optil level inditor "C" loted next to the p. When the rinse-id ontiner is full, the whole inditor will be drk.as the rinse-id diminishes, the size of the drk dot dereses. You should never let the rinse id get below 1/4full. As the rinse id diminishes, the size of the blk dot on the rinse id level inditor hnges, s illustrted below. Full 3/4full 1/2full 1/4full-Shouldrefilltoelimintespotting Empty C(Rinse-Aidinditor) RINSE AID DISPENSER To open the dispenser, turn the p to the "open" (left) rrow nd lift it out. Pour the rinse id into the dispenser, being reful not to overfill. Reple the p by inserting it ligned with "open" rrow nd turning it to the losed (right) rrow. Be reful not to overfill the dispenser, beuse this ould use over sudsing. Wipe wy ny spills with dmp loth. Don't forget to reple the p before you lose the dishwsher door. Attention. Clen up ny rinse id spilt during filling with n bsorbent loth to void exess foming during the next wsh.

8 Adjusting Rinse Aid Dispenser The rinse id dispenser hs six or four settings. Alwys strt with the dispenser set on "4". If spots nd poor drying re problem, inrese the mount of rinse id dispensed by removing the dispenser lid nd rotting the dil to "5". If the dishes re still not drying properly or re showing spots, djust the dil to the next higher lever until your dishes re spot-free. The reommended setting is "4". (Ftory vlue is "4".) Inrese the dose if there re drops of wter or lime spots on the dishes fter wshing. Redue it if there re stiky whitish stins on your dishes or bluish film on glsswre or knife bldes. Detergents with its hemil ingredients re neessry to remove dirt, rush dirt nd trnsport it out of the dishwsher. Most of the ommeril qulity detergents re suitble for this purpose. Detergents There re 3 sorts of detergents 1.With phosphte nd with hlorine 2.With phosphte nd without hlorine 3.Without phosphte nd without hlorine Normlly new pulverised detergent is without phosphte. Thus the wter softener funtion of phosphte is not given. In this se we reommend to fill slt in the slt ontiner even when the hrdness of wter is only 6 dh. If detergents without phosphte re used in the se of hrd wter often white spots pper on dishes nd glsses. In this se plese dd more detergent to hieve better results. Detergents without hlorine do only bleh little. Strong nd oloured spots will not be removed ompletely. In this se plese hoose progrm with higher temperture. Conentrted Detergent Bsed on their hemil omposition, detergents n be split in two bsi types: onventionl, lkline detergents with usti omponents low lkline onentrted detergents with nturl enzymes The use of norml wshing progrms in ombintion with onentrted detergents redues pollution nd is good for your dishes; these wsh progrms re speifilly mthed to the dirt-dissolving properties of the enzymes of the onentrted detergent. For this reson norml wsh progrms in whih onentrted detergents re used n hieve the sme results tht n otherwise only be hieved using intensive progrms. Detergent Tblets Detergent tblets of different brnds dissolve t different speeds. For this reson some detergent tblets nnot dissolve nd develop their full lening power during short progrms. Therefore plese use long progrms when using detergent tblets, to ensure the omplete removl of detergent residuls. Detergent Dispenser The dispenser must be refilled before the strt of eh wsh yle following the instrutions provided in the wsh yle tble. Your dishwsher uses less detergent nd rinse id thn Conventionl dishwsher. Generlly, only one tblespoon of detergent is needed for norml wsh lod. More hevily soiled items need more detergent. Alwys dd the detergent just before strting the dishwsher, otherwise it ould get dmp nd will not dissolve properly.

9 Amount of Detergent to Use If the lid is losed: press relese button. The lid will spring open. Alwys dd the detergent just before strting eh wsh yle. Only use brnded detergent id for dishwsher. Dishwsher detergent is orrosive. Tke re to keep it out of reh of hildren. Proper Use of Detergent Use of detergent speifilly mde for use in dishwshers. Keep your detergent fresh nd dry. Don't put powdered detergent into the dispenser until you're redy to wsh dishes. Fill in Detergent Fill the detergent dispenser with detergent. The mrking indites the dosing levels, s illustrted on the right: A The ple for min wsh yle detergent. A B B The ple for pre -wsh yle detergent.
