You n red out the desired nd tul room temperture in the enter of the setpoint sreen. 2 Adjust the desired room temperture. If sheduling is on fter hnging the desired room temperture The temperture will sty the sme s long s there is no sheduled tion. The desired room temperture will return to its sheduled vlue whenever sheduled tion ours. You n void sheduled ehviour y (temporrily) turning off sheduling. To turn off room temperture sheduling 1 Go to [1.1]: Room > Shedule. 2 Selet No To hnge the desired leving wter temperture The leving wter is the wter tht is sent to the het emitters. The desired leving wter temperture is set y your instller in ordne with the het emitter type. Only djust the leving wter temperture settings in se of prolems. You n use the leving wter temperture setpoint sreen to red out nd djust the desired leving wter temperture. 1 Go to [2]: Min zone or [3]: Additionl zone. When the DHW tnk mode is rehet, the risk for pity shortge nd omfort prolem is signifint. In se of frequent rehet opertion, spe heting/ooling funtion is regulrly interrupted Sheduled mode In sheduled mode the DHW tnk produes hot wter orresponding to shedule. The est time to llow the tnk to produe hot wter is t night, euse the spe heting demnd is lower. However, when the DHW tnk temperture drops elow preset vlue (=rehet tnk temperture hysteresis vlue; exmple: 35 C), the DHW tnk hets up until it rehes the rehet set point (exmple: 45 C). This ensures tht minimum mount of hot wter is ville t ll times. Eh sved degree n sve up to 6% of heting/ooling osts. Do NOT inrese the desired room temperture to speed up spe heting. The spe will NOT het up fster. When your system lyout ontins slow het emitters (exmple: under floor heting), void lrge flutution of the desired room temperture nd do NOT let the room temperture drop too low. It will tke more time nd energy to het up the room gin. Use weekly shedule for your norml spe heting or ooling needs. If neessry, you n esily devite from the shedule: For shorter periods: You n overrule the sheduled room temperture until the next sheduled tion. Exmple: When you hve prty, or when you re leving for ouple of hours. For longer periods: You n use the holidy mode. Tips out DHW tnk temperture Use weekly shedule for your norml domesti hot wter needs (only in sheduled mode). Progrm to het up the DHW tnk to preset vlue (Storge omfort = higher DHW tnk temperture) during the night, euse then spe heting demnd is lower. If heting up the DHW tnk one t night is not suffiient, progrm to dditionlly het up the DHW tnk to preset vlue (Storge eo = lower DHW tnk temperture) during the dy. Mke sure the desired DHW tnk temperture is NOT too high. Exmple: After instlltion, lower the DHW tnk temperture dily y 1 C nd hek if you still hve enough hot wter. Progrm to turn ON the domesti hot wter pump only during periods of the dy when instnt hot wter is neessry. Exmple: In the morning nd evening. 5 Mintenne nd servie 5.1 Overview: Mintenne nd servie The instller hs to perform yerly mintenne. You n find the ontt/helpdesk numer vi the user interfe. As end user, you hve to: Keep the re round the unit len. Keep the user interfe len with soft dmp loth. Do NOT use ny detergents. Regulrly hek if the wter pressure is ove 1 r. Refrigernt This produt ontins fluorinted greenhouse gses. Do NOT vent gses into the tmosphere. Refrigernt type: R32 Glol wrming potentil (GWP) vlue: 675 NOTICE In Europe, the greenhouse gs emissions of the totl refrigernt hrge in the system (expressed s tonnes CO 2 equivlent) is used to determine the mintenne intervls. Result: A short desription of the error nd the error ode is displyed on the sreen. 2 Press in the error sreen. Result: A long desription of the error is displyed on the sreen. 6.2 Symptom: You re feeling too old (hot) in your living room Possile use The desired room temperture is too low (high). Corretive tion Inrese (derese) the desired room temperture. If the prolem reurs dily, do one of the following: Inrese (derese) the room temperture preset vlue. Adjust the room temperture shedule. Possile use The desired room temperture nnot e rehed. Corretive tion Inrese the desired leving wter temperture in ordne with the het emitter type. 6.3 Symptom: The wter t the tp is too old Possile use You rn out of domesti hot wter euse of unusul high onsumption. The desired DHW tnk temperture is too low. Corretive tion If you immeditely need domesti hot wter, tivte the DHW tnk Powerful opertion. However, this onsumes extr energy. If you n wit, overrule (inrese) the tive or next sheduled desired temperture so tht more hot wter will e produed exeptionlly. If the prolems reurs dily, do one of the following: Inrese the DHW tnk temperture preset vlue. Adjust the DHW tnk temperture shedule. Exmple: Progrm to dditionlly het up the DHW tnk to preset vlue (Eo setpoint = lower tnk temperture) during the dy. 6.4 Symptom: Het pump filure When the het pump fils to operte, the kup heter nd/or ooster heter n serve s n emergeny heter nd either utomtilly or non-utomtilly tke over the het lod. When uto emergeny is set to Automti nd het pump filure ours: For EHVH/X: The kup heter will utomtilly tke over the het lod nd domesti hot wter prodution For EHBH/X: The kup heter will utomtilly tke over the het lod, nd the ooster heter in the optionl tnk will utomtilly tke over the domesti hot wter prodution. When uto emergeny is set to Mnul nd het pump filure ours, the domesti hot wter nd spe heting opertion will stop nd need to e reovered mnully vi the user interfe. To reover opertion mnully, go to the Mlfuntioning min menu sreen, where the user interfe will then sk you to onfirm whether the kup heter nd/or ooster heter n tke over the het lod or not. When the het pump fils, or will pper on the user interfe. Possile use Het pump is dmged. Corretive tion See "6.1 To disply the help text in se of mlfuntion" on pge 11. When the kup heter or ooster heter tkes over the het lod, eletriity onsumption will e onsiderly higher. 11
