6 (06) 2 Pln your system: Before beginning the instlltion process, tke some time to pln your system, decide where you wnt to locte the devices. Exmple Loction tips: 1. Pnel/Keypd should be ccessible from protected entry/exit point. Ensure tht the Pnel/KeyPd is not visible from the outside of the premises. 2. Mount Door/Window contcts s high s possible on the door window frme. 3. PIR Motion Detectors should be locted in the corner of the room to mximise coverge. Do not point directly t source of het (eg.fires or boilers), fcing window or door protected by Door/Window contct. Avoid instlling directly bove rditors. 4. If you hve Pets tht my climb on furniture, void using PET PIR Motion detectors s this cn cuse flse lrms. Insted replce with dditionl Door/ Window Contcts. 5. 8 (08) 3 Pnel Set Up Welcome to your Yle Intruder System plese follow the on screen setup guide. Wecome to your Yle Alrm System Press to strt setup. Press to select right setting. Press to confirm nd move to next step. To lern ll the system fetures nd set up options plese visit the product pge nd downlod the full dvnced mnul for further detils. Yle Intruder Alrm When set up is complete, select: > Exit set up < Initil Menu > Exit set up < Repet set up Press to confirm Continue instlltion Press + PIN code to exit the set up process If you wish to repet the process, select: > Repet set up < Press to confirm

Press to confirm Press to exit the tg lerning mode

All devices in the kit re pre linked, If you hve purchsed extr ccessories in ddition to the kit, you ll need to pir them to the system, following the instructions on pge 18 Test your plnned loction of devices nd check the signl strength on the pnel screen. 5 Press or button nd enter your PIN code to ccess the min menu Scroll down using Test nd press button nd select Select Device nd press pnel into lerning mode to enter the Press button to test connection 8 9 PIR Zone03 E T:9 PIR 1 If signl strength is below 2 plese try to move the device to different loction nd repet connection test. 15 Using the system 7 (15) Using the system Sttus LED: displys different LED colors to notify you of the system sttus. Contctless Tg reder: tp your contctless tg to disrm the system Full Arm: fully rm the system. It s possible to set n exit dely timer to llow person to disrm the system before the lrm goes off (downlod the dvnced mnul for full instructions) Disrm: press the disrm button followed by your PIN code to disrm the system. It is possible to set n entry dely timer to llow you to enter the property nd disrm your system before the lrm is triggered. (downlod the dvnced mnul for full instructions) Prt Arm: Secure your home even when you re in with zone control, typiclly used to protect the ground floor when you re upstirs. To set-up Prtil Arming see Pge 17. When the lrm is triggered, the system will uto dil pre progrmmed telephone numbers. Plese downlod the full user mnul to find how to set up more telephone numbers, use the telecommuniction fetures nd tilor your system to your needs.
