Do NOT split up the minimum wter volume over the temperture zones. It is sufficient to foresee the minimum wter volume on the min zone. In cse of underfloor heting, this is esily done y floor heting loop tht never will e closed y (remotely) controlled vlve. It is NOT required to foresee the minimum wter volume on the dditionl zone. When circultion in ech spce heting loop is controlled y remotely controlled vlves, it is importnt tht the minimum wter volume is gurnteed, even if ll of the vlves re closed. 5 Instlltion Minimum flow rte Check tht the minimum flow rte (required during defrost/ckup heter opertion) in the instlltion is gurnteed in ll conditions on ech zone seprtely. When circultion in ech or certin spce heting loops is controlled y remotely controlled vlves, it is importnt tht the minimum flow rte is gurnteed, even if ll vlves re closed. In cse the minimum flow rte cnnot e reched, flow error 7H will e generted (no heting/opertion). See the instller reference guide for more informtion. To open the indoor unit () Required numer of conductors Loosen nd remove the screws t the ottom of the unit. Push on the utton t the ottom of the front plte. WARNING: Shrp edges Tke the front plte on the upper prt insted of the lower prt. Wtch your fingers, there re shrp edges on the lower prt of the front plte. Slide the front pnel of the unit downwrds nd remove it. CAUTION The front pnel is hevy. Be creful NOT to jm your fingers when opening or closing the unit. 6 Instlltion Adjust the height of the leveling feet to compenste for floor irregulrities. The mximum llowed devition is. Do NOT tilt the unit ckwrds:.. 0 To open the switch ox cover of the indoor unit. Connecting the refrigernt piping See the outdoor unit instlltion mnul for ll guidelines, specifictions nd instlltion instructions... To connect the refrigernt piping to the indoor unit Connect the liquid stop vlve from the outdoor unit to the refrigernt liquid connection of the indoor unit.. Mounting the indoor unit.. To instll the indoor unit Lift the indoor unit from the pllet nd plce it on the floor. kg Refrigernt liquid connection Refrigernt gs connection Connect the gs stop vlve from the outdoor unit to the refrigernt gs connection of the indoor unit.. Connecting the wter piping.. To connect the wter piping Do NOT use excessive force when connecting the piping. Deformtion of the piping cn cuse mlfunctioning of the unit. Slide the indoor unit into position. Instlltion mnul 6 To fcilitte service nd mintennce, shut-off vlves re provided. Mount the vlves on the wter inlets nd on the wter outlets. Mind their position. 7 Instlltion This unit is designed for opertion on temperture zones: underfloor heting in the min zone (wter temperture C), this is the zone with the lowest wter temperture, rditors in the dditionl zone (wter temperture C), this is the zone with the highest wter temperture. Shut-off vlves re field supplied. Screw the indoor unit nuts on the shut-off vlves. Connect the domestic hot wter in nd out pipes to the indoor unit... To connect the recircultion piping Prerequisite: Only required if you need recircultion in your system. Loosen nd remove the screws tht fix the top pnel. Remove the top pnel from the unit. Disconnect nd remove the expnsion vessel of the top insultion. Remove the top insultion. Cut out prt (c) on the left or right side from the top insultion. Tnk cpcity Cut out position 80 l Left OR right 6 Connect the recircultion piping to the recircultion connection () nd route the piping through the hole t the ckside of the unit (). c Piping intke hole Recircultion connection Cut-out loction 7 Rettch the top insultion, expnsion vessel, nd csing... To fill the wter circuit Connect the wter supply hose to the fill vlve. Plese fill with wter through connection OR. Both circuits (min nd dditionl) will e filled. Open the fill vlve. Mke sure tht the utomtic ir purge vlve is open (t lest turns). For loction of the ir purge vlve, see "Components: Indoor unit" in the instller reference guide. Fill the circuit with wter until the mnometer indictes pressure of ±.0 r. Purge s much ir s possile from the wter circuit. 6 Close the fill vlve. 7 Disconnect the wter supply hose from the fill vlve... To fill the domestic hot wter tnk Open every hot wter tp in turn to purge ir from the system pipe work. Open the cold wter supply vlve. Close ll wter tps fter ll ir is purged. Check for wter leks. 8 Instlltion.. To insulte the wter piping The piping in the complete wter circuit MUST e insulted to prevent condenstion during defrost opertion nd reduction of the heting cpcity. If the temperture is higher thn 0 C nd the humidity is higher thn RH 80%, the thickness of the insultion mterils should e t lest 0 mm to prevent condenstion on the surfce of the insultion.
