Kitchen/Dining room: A lovely high spec kitchen with butlers sink, range style cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and TV. The dining area has a table to seat 8, wood burner (shared with entrance hall) and French doors out into the garden. Utility room: Washing machine and dryer. WC and shower room: Good sized shower room with wc and basin. First Floor Stairs: Not steep. Bedroom 1: A king size bed in a large room with armchairs, TV, french doors onto a Juliet balcony with lovely views out over the Common. Ensuite shower room: With walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2: A large double room with chest of drawers and TV. Bedroom 3: A king size bedroom with chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. Bathroom: The family bathroom has a fantastic roll top bath with a hand held shower, a WC. and hand basin. Bath towels included. 7 Cottage Location Map Reviews 06/07/2018 Toolmakers was absolutely stunning. Ideal location with great dog walking walks across Syderstone common. The cottage was equipped with high end furnishing and equipment. Spotlessly clean and the garden space was an added bonus. Ideally placed for fantastic beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells. The location is lovely and peaceful with within a good distance to the coast. We love the walk out of the marshes at Thornham where we enjoyed an empty beach and the walk through the pines from Holkham to Wells. We always enjoy visiting Cley and Castle Acre for a stroll too. Nice cafe at Castle Acre and a walk around the castle ruins. We have visited the area many times and I am sure we will be back again. Thanks. The garden is a fabulous entertaining area with the BBQ and garden furniture and the cottage really cosy for the Winter months with 2 lovely woodburners. Overall it was a home from home house. No expense spared none of the usual Ikea crockery, cutlery and furniture as is the case with other properties. A lot of care and attention has gone in to make Toolmakers Cottage a brilliant holiday cottage. Our dogs Ned and Ted loved the garden and all the walks on the doorstep.
