PLANNING Planning has been obtained by the vendor through the renowned architects Lanpro of Pottergate, Norwich. Planning consent was granted by Breckland Council, application number 3PL/2016/1129/F. Full details of planning should be sought and considered prior to making a transactional decision and are available via the Council s website, There have been a number of pre-commencement conditions attributed to the consent including:- A commencement date no later than three years of the permission granted date of Friday 16 June Prior to the commencement of the development a detailed specification for the construction of the dwelling should be submitted and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The provision of a bird hide and associated access for public use to be installed. Commitment to a Construction Ecological Management Plan (CEMP) and long term landscape management plan including development of two flint strips to encourage wildlife. Other conditions can be found on the afore-mentioned Council s website.
5 The proposed property, designed by Lanpro Architects, is accessed via a driveway that meanders through a wood and gives access to one neighbouring dwelling. The drive eventually opens to views of Oxborough Lakes. The state of the art steel build will extend at a right angle, incorporate the existing building and will be situated on the right hand side of the driveway. Four pairs of pillars raise the main body of the building giving a feeling of floating in mid-air.
