Lichon, CPPO, Director of Materials Management APPROVAL TO AWARD BID FOR APPLIANCES Bids to provide Appliances were received from five vendors on August 15, The bids of Commercial Laundries of West Florida, Inc., and Rice s Appliance were the best percentage discount bids meeting the advertised specifications. Reasons for not selecting the apparent low bid were included with the bid tabulation. This bid is for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budgets of the schools and departments. Requested by: Carol Lichon Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the protest bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120.
