Awards (amongst others!) as well as the Ultimate Luxury Bathroom Design of the Year at the Designer Kitchen and Bathroom Awards. Our dedicated team create exceptional specification designs which are market relevant. We pay close attention to the client brief and potential purchaser and develop an outstanding interior specification design that better enables the client to sell their properties to their specific marketplace, with a product that is tailored to their development. We have a great knowledge of the product available and how best to utilise it. In this brochure we are celebrating the sucess of the specification design for the penthouse at Dollar Bay in Canary Wharf, London. The level of specification design needed was both high and unique and was required to blend seamlessly with the impressive architecture of the building. The specification design process is a delicate balance between creating a classic interior which will stand the test of time whilst making sure that the scheme has its own identity and represents the location and developer s company identity. With a combination of the right considered details and reinvented classics, we amalgamated some of the old with the new, aesthetic with the practical and all the while considering the costs.
