GARDEN The gravel driveway with parking for several cars leads to the front of the property. It is bounded by a timber fence with flower beds and lawn areas. To the side of the property there is a private south west facing raised deck and lawn area with 2 large timber sheds. The south facing paved patio has steps leading up to the French doors of the kitchen. There is a drying area at the rear of the cottage and log store. SERVICES Willow Cottage is connected to mains electricity and water. Drainage is to a septic tank located in the front garden. Heating and hot water is by an electric boiler with radiators throughout. Supplemented by a multi fuel stove in the lounge. The property is fitted with both types of solar panels to the roof which presently feed in to the National Grid, and the new owners will benefit from the feed-in tariff. Next to the kitchen at the rear of the cottage these is a utility room, with external door to the drying area and log store. The utility room houses the hot water tank and solar thermal system and has space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large bright airy lounge at the front of the property has triple aspect windows and double height ceiling, with the focal point of a multi fuel stove. Off the hallway there is a good sized double bedroom and the spacious modern fully tiled, family bathroom has a P shaped bath with shower over, white toilet and washbasin. The generous master bedroom at the end of the hallway, takes advantage of the aspect with a picture window and has an en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe.
