LOCATION Pretoria is found right in the very heart of Coverack and within walking distance of the village, seafront and beach. Coverack is a lovely old classic Cornish fishing village offering a good range of amenities catering for most day to day needs including a sub post office and general store, The Paris Inn, The Bay Hotel, a restaurant and fish and chip shop in the old life boat station and various cafés. The beach and harbour are the centre of day to day life, being perfect for children and dogs to play and ideal for a number of water sports. This is a much loved and exceptionally unspoilt part of south Cornwall, offering awe inspiring cliff tops walks on the Cornish coast path to idyllic sandy beaches, smaller coves, unspoilt countryside and verdant wooded valleys and glades. It is an area of Cornwall largely untouched by the passage of time with much of the countryside and coastline owned by the National Trust and designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

4 4 The nearby and world famous Helford River and its creeks are of enormous interest to sailing enthusiasts as they offer a safe mooring and anchoring for larger yachts as well as providing a perfect environment to learn the ropes, before venturing out to Falmouth Bay. The neighbouring village of St Keverne has a good range of village shops, newsagents, a butchers, two inns and a village hall. The market town of Helston lies approximately 11 miles away and offers a wide range of shopping and commercial facilities including college education, a full range of local and national retailers, supermarkets and sporting facilities. Pretoria is currently used as a respected holiday letting investment property having garnered an enviable reputation over the years. We have included a selection of recent reviews to provide an idea of Pretoria s reputation amongst guests. Super cottage in great location. One of the best equipped and most comfortable we have stayed in. Sea view and charm really does elevate the property to the highest level of appeal. We had a great week recommend all the local eateries and really enjoyed the headland walk along the coastal path. Top place - would definitely come back!!! Thank you. Lovely house, beautiful views! We had fun exploring the village and the coastal walk to lowland point. The Lifeboat House fish and chips were very tasty and the Bay Hotel was excellent!!! We would love to stay here again. This area of garden benefits from beautiful views over Coverack beach, the surrounding coastline and out to the open ocean. There is also a set of steps leading to a timber storage shed. To the rear of Pretoria there is another area of garden again being bounded by mature planting and accessed via a pathway which first takes you to a small sitting out terrace from where one may appreciate the views, with steps then leading through and round to the back of Pretoria exposing an area of secret garden which is mainly laid to lawn and takes advantage of really quite magnificent views.
