Brockenhurst Railway Station (approximately 5.5 miles) provides a half hourly service to London Waterloo (approx. 90 minutes).the M27 motorway and M3 with links to London are close by. There are many well regarded schools in the surrounding area.

7 Both Lymington and Brockenhurst afford fine schooling (both state and private) with the latter having a tertiary college. Directions From our office in Lymington, proceed to the bottom of the high street and into Gosport street. Take the right at the roundabout and pass over the Lymington River. Bear left and proceed over the cattle grid and across the forest in the direction of Beaulieu. Travel along this road for approximately 4 miles and just before reaching Hatchet Pond on the left, turn right onto Main Road. Stay on this road, passing the Turfcutters Arms on your right and after around one quarter of a mile, the property is positioned on the right and it is named.
