The applicant will include this with the applicatin. It appears that the new building will be lcated at existing trash and recycling lcatins. Other The cmmittee was pleased that the applicant intends t cmplete an EIR (Envirnmental Impact Reprt). The applicant is encuraged t cnduct cmmunity utreach, including utreach t the residences acrss Albert Way. Verbal Cmmunicatins: A CWA Realty (prperty wner) representative cmmented that the restaurant has nt apprached the prperty wner abut parking.
