A permit will als be required frm the State Fire Marshal All hazardus materials transprtatin, use, r strage must cmply with IFC Chapters as applicable. High Piled Strage Exceeding 500 Square Feet Each permit applicatin must be accmpanied by a cmplete plan as specified in IFC Sectin All permitted high piled strage must cmply with IFC Chapter 23. Fueled Vehicles r Equipment Inside Assembly Buildings

5 All fueled vehicles r equipment perated inside assembly buildings must cmply with IFC Sectins 309, 313, and 314. Open Burning Permitted pen burning shall cmply with IFC Sectin 307. Persns burning under an Open Burning Permit must als cmply with the fllwing: Burning hurs shall be between 8:30 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. r as specified n the permit. Only items r materials specified n the permit may be burned. Pile size shall be n larger than 3 feet in diameter and 2 feet in height. Lcatin shall be a minimum f 25 feet frm any structure and prvisins shall be made t prevent the fire frm spreading t within 25 feet f any structure. The area within 10 feet f the uter edge f the pile shall be kept free and clear f all flammable material and vegetatin. All burning shall be cnstantly attended by an adult until dead ut. A minimum f ne prtable fire extinguisher with a minimum 4A rating shall be available fr immediate use. A water surce apprved by the Fire Marshal will satisfy this requirement. N burning shall be allwed under dangerus r adverse fire r weather cnditins. The Fire Marshal may cancel pen burning and rder fires extinguished at any time, r fr any reasn. Permittee shall exercise due care s as nt t create annying smke r dr cnditins fr neighbrs. Permittee will be held respnsible4 fr all suppressin csts f an escaped fire. Additinal permits frm Federal, State, r ther authrities may be required Temprary Tents, Canpies, and Membrane Structures A permit is required fr all tents and membrane structures in excess f 200 square feet and all canpies in excess f 400 square feet. Applicatin must be accmpanied by the fllwing A detailed site plan shwing emergency access and separatin frm lt lines, buildings, and ther tents, canpies and membrane structures. A detailed flr plan shwing means f egress, seating capacity and arrangement, and the type and lcatin f heating and electrical equipment. A certificate executed by an apprved testing labratry certifying that the structure is cmprised f materials meeting the flame prpagatin perfrmance criteria f NFPA 701 Smking shall nt be permitted in tents, canpies, r membrane structures. N Smking signs shall be cnspicuusly psted. All tents, canpies, and membrane structures shall cmply with IFC Chapter 24.
