4 Nrtec ME with internally munted hydraulic unit Nrtec ME with externally munted hydraulic unit Innvative technlgy Self-cntained hydraulic unit The Nrtec ME has a patented cmpact, self-cntained hydraulic unit that incrprates a water tank, up t five pumps and a pump assisted drain. It can be munted n the evaprative mdule inside the AHU r externally n the utside wall. Exterir munting meets UL requirements and enables service wrk t be carried ut withut AHU dwntime. Interir munting minimizes installatin requirements. The innvative hydraulic unit is delivered fully assembled and has simple push-fit pipe cnnectins, finger release screws and hand tightened pump munts fr easy servicing. The full hydraulic unit r any f its individual cmpnents can be remved and exchanged in minutes making the Nrtec ME ideal fr critical applicatins that require minimal dwntime. Lw vltage cmpnents in the hydraulic unit increase safety fr engineers wrking with the system. Pump-driven stage cntrl Multiple lng-life, lw energy pumps, prvide up t five-stage cntrl as standard. This allws utput adjustments t be made frm the sftware n the cntrl panel withut mechanical alteratins t valves. It als reduces running csts as lw utputs can be met with the minimal number f pumps and a respective reductin in energy cnsumptin. With tw pumps running the humidifier nly cnsumes 85W and just 278W n full utput. Multiple pumps als prvide redundancy shuld a failure ccur.
