5 Step 5: Select the Custmer Details & Car Details (Only if Asked) Nte: If the Custmer s first name and last name is fund in flexiqute it will ask user whether t replace, use existing r create new, select the ptin accrding t yur preference. Select Car details will pp-up if the Car Reg is fund in the system select the ptin accrding t yur preference. Qute Dwnladed Successfully

6 Uplading Items t AudaBridge frm FlexiQute Nte: Flexiqute nly uplads qute items t AudaBridge. Submitting is dne frm the AudaBridge website. Step 1: Click n AudaNet r PNET Buttn

7 Step 2: Select One frm Uplad Optins & Press Ok Uplading/Dwnlading Images t AudaBridge frm FlexiQute Nte: Only 25 images in ttal are allwed at this stage fr the main and all supplementary s. This is a restrictin by AudaBridge NOT FlexiQute. Step 1: Click n AudaNet r PNET Buttn

8 Step 2: Select Uplad/Dwnlad Images & Press Ok If yu want t dwnlad image frm AudaNet select dwnlad and if yu want t uplad image t AudaNet select uplad images. Submit Qute n AudaBridge Step 1: Open AudaNet Website & Open Claim

9 Step 2: Check Images in Attachment Tab Step 3: Click n Review Qute t Check Items Step 4: Make Sure Ttals are Match in FQ and AB

10 Step 5: Perfrm Calculatin Step 6: Click Submit Qute n the Left Menu Step 7: Enter EST End Date (Prmise Date) Step 8: Click Submit Qute Click Send Nte: Yu may receive an errr Yu must enter Repairer Valuatin - Click here t fix it. Enter Repairer Value (this is the value yu feel the vehicle is wrth) Click Submit Qute n the Left Menu Click Submit Qute - Click Send This will take yu back t the main Claim Page and the Status n the Claim shuld nw have update t Pending Auth

11 Dwnlad Authrity in FlexiQute Nte: This applies fr All the Authrities Pending Authrity, Authrised, Sup Pending Authrity, Sup Authrised, Nt Authrised Step 1: G the Qute Step 2: Click n AudaNet r PNET Buttn

12 Step 3: Select Dwnlad Qute & Press Ok Step 4: Click Yes if Asked Calculatin ID are Same Yu want t Cntinue?

14 Start Supplementary Nte: Yu can nly start supplementary nce the qute is Authrised. Yu d nt have t create supplementary qute r click n new additinal in flexiqute the system will create it autmatically. Step 1: Open AudaNet Website & Find the Claim Step 2: Click n Buttn Step 3: Click Start/Finish supplementary

17 Uplad Supplementary Items t AudaBridge frm FlexiQute The prcess f uplading supplementary items is same as the main qute Add Items in Additinal Qute. Click n AudeNet r PNET Buttn Select Uplad Parts/Sublet/Labur/Paint. Uplad Images. Dwnlad Images. Nte: At this stage flexiqute des nt allw t delete any items frm the main qute. If yu want t delete any item frm the main qute yu need t delete it frm AudaNet Website. Uplad all the Additinal items n AudaNet. G t AudaNet website. Jump int yur Claim. Click n Review Qute. Delete the items yu want t delete. Click Perfrm Calculatin. Send the Qute. Nw G t FlexiQute. Open Qute. G t Additinal Qute. Click AudaNet r PNET Buttn. Click n Dwnlad Qute and Check the Ttal.
